Which means, not only Red Lotus gain future memory, but Duke Long will also gain future memory.
I would put primordial origin higher than savage, because when star constelation saw limitless she said his aura is even higher than master hinting at the fact that she never sensed and aura higher than her master, and her wills sensed savage in his prime.

Those otherwordly marks were only arrangements. If he used them personally, then it might be even stronger. However, it is subjective, and we can't say for sure how strong they are. I agree though, PO can be ranked anywhere from 2nd to 4th position, depending on how novel would progress, but we won't be able to see that and it will remain a mystery.

Did two changes. Genesis Lotus. I missed the point that he had highest Immortal Essence among all Venerables. So, I made Genesis above Giant Sun. I still believe Giant Sun can possibly be above Genesis Lotus due to his Blood path. Second change is Spectral Soul. Again, Love Gu has a problem. Red Lotus can't control it. Otherwise, Red Lotus with Love Gu would be above Reckless Savage easily.
