I still like dogs but when one growls at me I’m always on edge and always will be. With humans, you can at least ask, or know that their brain works less or more similarly. Now, does your cat loves you, or is just content that you clean her toilet and give her food? Humans can of course lie, but with animals you simply can't be 100% sure, as they communicate differently and their brains are wired a bit differently too.
