    Interesting how far you can go with a roll-up keyboard. Don't think I can play at this level with a folding piano / keyboard. In my collection is a Folding Piano 88 (keyboard that folds into 4). Don't think I can play it at this level.

    • @DanLouisell
      @DanLouisell  3 года назад +2

      Not at all, I was actually playing but I know what you’re talking about, if you listen closely there are moments when the note does trigger the note twice rapidly. The audio is direct from the headphone jack. You’re right that it is difficult to play a roll-up piano, but instead of assuming I’m some sort of charlatan using trickery, maybe consider how many takes it must have taken to get it to sound as good as it does in the video. There are still plenty of mistakes for you to nitpick without needing to make anything up 😉

      I felt they way to when I first bought mine! Then I got angry and started researching so what is this damn thing made for? That's when you start seeing this kind of videos and realize it's up to you what you do with it. I honestly believe whoever created these was a Genius who Hopes one day a poor child with music in his soul will find one of these thrown out or at a yard sale and is elated that he can stop using thopse popsicle sticks. The reason I believe this is the possibilities of what you can do with it are endless. But it is not advertised.
      I believe the creator of this had just that experience themselves and passing it forward. It is made to create what you will with it. Lots of copycats out there. If you get the original it will not have a brand. The instruction booklet is 4 pages of tones rhythms and drums that it makes. With no instructions how. This isn't made for people who read music and have instruments. This is made for those who don't and have the desire to create their own music. Know someone who is deaf but there eyes light up around musical instruments? They can feel music! Get them one of these , let them watch you download a free music writing app. Plug in the cell to the control box hit Bluetooth and record then let them be! Not only will they be writing music but by studying every note that is placed, they are learning to read music.
