@@YASIEDITZ123 this movie is far better than the 2019 one and before judging this movie is bad Let them release the movie If it is bad the we can judge ❤️
I just realized that in the movie simba’s pride, simba initially rejected kovu (scars son) just as how his father mufasa was initially rejected by scars father and with kovu being accepted into the pride it’s sort of like scar has rightfully taken back his place in the pride and part of the circle of life and since kovu and kiara (simbas daughter) will have cubs of their own it shows how both brothers (mufasa and scar) will rule the pride lands as they wanted to do as young cubs through their grandkids Beautiful story 👏
That's a nice thought to think of. But in the second movie. Kovu clearly says that scar was not his father, although he still formed a part of him. Even Nuka mentions it.
Kovu is not Scar’s biological son. He took him in and chose him to be the next king. Nuka said this. Kovu told this to Kiara as well. So it seems like this is the same situation with Mufasa.
Jeh i assume most people can not read animal emotions verry well u need to look for alot of micro expressions and body language and even then its more likentrying to figure out what someone with a resting bitchface might feel 😅 ors possible but hard and most people wanne relex watching a moovie
Taka's mother is called eshe and she was the one we see you call athia, athia is *mufasa's* mother, the father of taka is called obasi and mufasa's father is masego
3:45 my guess is that Timon and Pumbaa tell their version of the final pride rock battle where they exaggerate everything and say they defeated scar. This footage likely plays while they are telling the story.
And now the villain became protagonist and the protagonist the villain. It will be the best movie, but doesn't follow the line of original lion king. I can't wait to see it ❤❤❤
As a big fan of the animated classic and the 2019 one I’m so excited for this one !! Also surprised there’s not more hate comments for this movie u know how they were for the 2019 one !!
It looks like both Mufasa and Scar were originally destined to be "kings" of their own pridelands. But by the time they were grown neither pride existed. So Mufasa became king of a new pride. So he didn't really steal anything from Taka if this is true.
I have a theory: Disney made this movie a flashback in order to be intentionally unrealistic and more fun. It seems like they're adding a scene of Timon and Pumba defeating adult Scar just for comedic effect.
2:56 The series “Kimba The white Lion“ may be older than The Lion King, however these clips, that are very similar to The Lion King, are from a movie called “Jungle Emperor Leo“, which came out three years after The Lion King. The original series of Kimba is completely different to The Lion King. The RUclipsr YMS has made an over 2 hour video on this.
I’m not sure…it doesn’t really follow the ‘94 movie or the short stories that came after…if mufasa and taka aren’t real brothers, and mufasa becomes king…the only thing that makes sense is that taka’s family are royal in another region and mufasa is the descendent of a true king aka the ruler of pride rock. Still doesn’t explain how taka went from loving mufasa to death, to hating him to literal death.
Lets be honest, this story is lot more exiting than one we know in original book, they just stay at pride lands all time, here we get New adventures, exploring, New characters, New everything, i honestly think that this change in lore was so crucial beacuse Yea no one cared for that book
It seems they want to make Mufasa an underdog, someone who climbs their way, instead of being born into privilege and proves himself to be worthy anyway. And that Taka wasn’t worthy. But with this characterization they’ve given him now, it will feel like he was mistreated.
@wildguy4773 Let's be 2ble honest: this story is more exciting because it has nothing to do with the Lion King. They just use Lion King, they just playing around Lion King's plot and characters, to make more success and destroying the original movie, just a little bit 😈, they can make more and more and more success. The movie will be the best but without Lion King would be not so strong. I can't wait to see how they kill The Lion King 94 and resurrected it again and again. ❤
I’m suing Mufasa movie it’s gonna be kind of feel like lion King versus Kimba the white lion I think this is what his plot is about. This is like lion King versus Kimba the white lion that’s quite cool I think there’s white lion is evil Kimber #EvilCamperTheLightLion.
3:53 the intense anxiety on mufasa face seems like this isn’t just even a surprised face but also a traumatic face it’s not his first time getting stuck in water and also seems like maybe also possibly the water flood with the other lion could be the death of taka father or his brother, so may just be traumatized.
That can be considered as a way to make more sense towards the Lion King Two Plot with the cousin relationship with Kovu as Scar's actual son but with both cousins being unrelated biologically
I can't wait to see this movie but tbh I'm low-key disappointed we didn't get Ahadi, Uru or Mohatu mentioned, so I guess they're officially not canon. 😭 But it would be cool to see more lions from The Lion King 2 or The Lion Guard. Really wanna see Vitani, Kovu and Kion too!
On the subject of “canon” that some people argue about, there are couple of articles about how the director said that Mufasa: TLK is gonna be referencing ( especially TLK2) but it’s its own thing. There is no connection between the remakes and original. They are separate entities. They tell the same story but are different renditions. It’s a franchise about fictional lions talking, singing and dancing at the end of the day. It’s not that deep.
This is how i see the movie 1. kyros and the white lion pride go around userping prides to become this sort of totalitarian leader over the pridelands 2. he does this to mufasa pride hence hem being thrown into a river and drifting off miles away 3. taka finds him and takes him to his pride where the grow up together 4. kryros eventually finds this pride years later and he takes it down too 5. taka and mufasa flee to the mountains where they find sarabi's tribe 6. taka wants the stay and keep running mufasa wants to fight 7. a love triangle (more of a line) forms between the brothers and sarabi. taka likes sarabi and sarabi likes mufasa 8. using the forces of sarabis tribe theres a final battle between our heros and the white lions 9. taka saves mufasa from kyros during the fight and earns his famous scar. 10. mufasa takes kyros down and is crowned a hero 11. he become king of the now unifed pridelands 12. he marries sarabi and gets all the honor and reconition from the war 13. taka gets nothing for his bravery besides a nickname mocking his injury and (greatest insecurity) even though he has royal blood and mufasa doesn't. 14. this starts takas fall from grace
My only question is how Scar became such a skinny and smaller lion. His dad was absolutely massive and the fact that he himself is that skinny makes me question some stuff. Is he adopted as well?
I think what a lot of people are misunderstanding about the new movie and Mufasa being an orphan is that clearly he EARNS the title of Lion King rather than inheriting it. Likely before Mufasa it was just an unbroken bloodline passed on without question. Ergo Taka was gonna be the king. But likely actions happen in this movie which lead Mufasa being chosen as the king by the lions / region. What I also notice that no one is mentioning is that we dont see Pride Rock in the past. All scenes of young Mufasa, Scar, and the lions all feature open wilderness like wetlands, rivers, snowy mountains, tall grasslands and savannah. Pride Rock is absent. Its possible that Mufasa will show us his leading the lions to Pride Rock and choosing it as his place of rule.
Yep! Also I think that there are probably multiple kings of different regions, and I think Mufasa's Father was the King of Pride rock. Thank you for checking out my video!!! :)
Just Like Lion King and Mufasa based on Kimba the White Lion(Jungle Emperor Leo) of Osamu Tezuka, we hope/think there are real chances that Walt Disney's other new future (3D) animated films 'Astro Boy' will be produced and released by Walt Disney Animation Studio, being based on Mighty Atom of Osamu Tezuka. Since the 2030s if early or 2040s if late.
When this trailer featuring Kiros and his pride of white lion, I was shocked because I remember the original The Lion King film in 1994 have a certain elements of the film were thought to bear and a claims of resemblance to Osamu Tezuka's 1960s Japanese anime television series titled Kimba the White Lion, with some similarities between a number of characters and various individual scenes
Hi! Gracias for this breakdown of this trailer. Being blind, your descriptions are so vivid, I can see them in my mind's eye. Would you be willing to describe and breakdown the Moana 2 official trailer, please? No pressure. I promise!
The large lion being swept away in the massive flood is Masego. Father of Mufasa. I think he will die trying to save young Mufasa hints why Masego was seen trying to run but ended up being under by the massive wave of water.
I loved the lion king the movie will always have a special place in my heart so i hope this movie will be good and that they don't change everything like they did with snow white, but there is so much CGI and they change the storyline already in the trailer. Mufasa was the king he was not a stray and they were brothers so they will fuck it up. Why do they ruin every good animation movie 😢.
I believ that this is takas father’s pride still. And I feel something was done to Kiros to interact with them so aggressively. I feel like either taka and mufasa got into their lands and did some dumb stuff resulting in an accident or just something between the prides… but who knows. 3:05
That scene when Timon and Pumbaa tackle Scar is when I think Timon and Pumbaa are talking to Kiara about how Scar was taken down. Also Taka in Swahili means Filth or rotten in which that best describes Scar. Also Mufasa’s father is named Ahadi and his mother’s name is Uru so this could be a different origin story for both Scar/Taka and Mufasa. One last thing baby lions are called “Cubs”.
Prediction: The story will start out with timon and pumbaa recounting the events of The Lion King and it will go off the rails, so Rafiki will correct them and tell the movie's story.
3:00 Simba is actually Lion in Swahili (the same language of the Hakuna Matata saying) and the funny thing is, a lot of other names are from swahili. Rafiki is Friend Kovu is Scar (literally the same name as hid dad) Pumbaa means careless, stupid, and is used by most Swahili speaking people to nane warhogs aswell.
Thats a bit of a disappointment ngl….wouldve been really cool to have his name be Kimba as a nice call back….but I understand that Disney is trying to deny copying the Kimba series.
@@djnewjam2802 they would have gotten sued to Neverland and back if they had used that name. Besides, Kimba would never be the villain of the piece. I despise how they're making the white lions the villains. Really ticks me off, although I admit since I was named after one I may be a bit touchy about how they're portrayed. lol
@@KimbaLorber actually they wouldn’t have got sued because of name. That just plain stupid for you to say. You might as well say anyone with the name Simba should be sued 🤦♀
🤦♂️ not making Mufasa and Scar Real brother's takes away from both there Characters, come on Mufasa name literally means King, he was always meant to rule, while Taka name means waste or garbage,so it's not hard to guess which one was The favorite Son They could have told a interesting Story about how Mufasa went from a arrogant young lion prince who believed himself Superior to everyone around him,to becoming humble and responsible King while telling The story of how mistreated Scar was grown up and how he grew to hate his own brother it's really such a waste.
I think what they're doing here is a little more interesting personally. It also explains why Scar and Mufasa have entirely different accents! Thank you for checking out my video and sharing your opinion! :)
It would add an intriguing element to the movie if a new character suddenly laughs at Taka's name upon being introduced, saying, "Do you know what your name means? It means trash, while your brother's name means king." This prompts Taka to gradually perceive things in a different, less favorable light.
BRO WHEN DID THE TRIALER COME OUT ITS LITERALLY 5 AM-(19 AUGUST) BUT BROOO? SO MANY MOVIES ARE GONNA CONE OTI ONG I LOVE LION KING BUT WHATTSGSTSTSGEGDGD
I hope that isn’t it. I hope that it’s only after the movie finishes sky turns from nice and good to evil and bad and that lying being pushed by Timon and Pumbaa is the white lion. Instead 😮
I don’t think the lion being brushed away by the water is actually either takas father or possibly (takas fathers brother) as there is another male lion in their pride if you look closely in trailer
3:35 looks like they just came from the outlands and just discovered the pride lands. Also this seems like after sarabi and mufasa seem more close as taka all the way in the back like he not important anymore. 3:35
So was mufasa an orphan or did he deserve priderock. Also then scar killing him makes more sense but then its like he hated him full time which liongaurd breaks this theory with scar having the roar until gets scar and roar doesnt reside in the evil. Unless it does till if scar killed own gaurd mates and then lost roar
I like to think that Timon and Pumbaa interrupt Rafiki and just make themselves appear.
Hahaha, I think so too!
There involvement is like in TLK 1/2
I wouldn't doubt that. 😅

I really want this movie to be good I love the lion king. But it's hard to trust Disney.
I hope it's good!
The white lion name is kiros
Yep! I talk about him in the video. Thank you for checking out my work! :)
@@xxxnarurto5747 Why wouldn't they get sued? Isn't Kimba The White Lion copyrighted or something?
The name of taka's mother is eshe
yeah, i messed that one up :( Thanks for checking out my video tho!
@@shoopydoopy welcome
Should I watch the animated ones before ? So I can understand
I have a feeling that I will be able to get a job in the next few years
Why mufasa mad at scar when he become king
Did you know at 3:57, that is the same cliff Mufasa died at. there is just water
Woah! I didn't even think about that! Thanks for checking out my video :)
@@shoopydoopy Ofc! blueberry?
@@Acalanche Yep! I'm a blueberry :) 🫐
@@shoopydoopy
Kiara is in this movie.... wheres kovu and especially Zira.... she was with scars pride and definitely want to know the connection between them
Call him whatever you like, i'm calling that white lion, Kimba
Lol, nice! Thanks for checking out my video! :)
How does this make sense with Mufasa telling Simba about the “stars” and his ancestors of kings?
I think Mufasa's father was a king of a different Lion Pride. Thanks for watching my video!
@@shoopydoopy makes sense! Hopefully they reunite somehow
What I like about this is that it looks so much more real than the previous, especially the emotions and the new characters
@@lilithhecataniangoddessesm187 actually it mean want not trash. You people translated to trash because you hate Ahadi
@davidcarty7584, Taka name literally mean want. The father name him want not trash 🥰🤦♀
Right they miss a big one wit this one same thing I was thinking I thought bout this years ago tho should have wrote the story myself smh 😂
Instead 😮
the White Lion From MUFASA: The Lion King is kind of look Kimba : The White Lion ( Japanese Animator of Lion King )
I don’t think the lion being brushed away by the water is actually either takas father or possibly (takas fathers brother) as there is another male lion in their pride if you look closely in trailer
If you need the times stamp 1:31 of your video you will see the other male lion
3:35 looks like they just came from the outlands and just discovered the pride lands. Also this seems like after sarabi and mufasa seem more close as taka all the way in the back like he not important anymore. 3:35
So was mufasa an orphan or did he deserve priderock. Also then scar killing him makes more sense but then its like he hated him full time which liongaurd breaks this theory with scar having the roar until gets scar and roar doesnt reside in the evil. Unless it does till if scar killed own gaurd mates and then lost roar
100% bad white lions being a dig at Kimba the White Lion lol xD
Hahahah, absolutely! Thanks for checking out my video! :)
