What is the thing with the characters’ names. Most of them are swahili words. For example: Simba - a lion, Mufasa - a king, Rafiki - a friend. But what about Taka? It may come either from a word unataka - wish or takataka - garbage. What do you think?
@ I know that this is the main reason. And I’m just wondering why did they call Taka so. I wrote what swahili connections to that word are. Unataka means wish, takataka means garbage and simply taka means waste.
People tend to forget something All human being, animals and others are not born as leaders but your hardwork, dedication, devotion and sympathy! That's what makes a leader. Mufasa has every right and charisma to be the king
For those who don't know the difference between which lion is scar and which lion is mufasa because they look pretty similar unless they say their names which lasts 2 seconds. The lion is pale fur is Scar. The lion with bright golden fur is Mufasa.
And in a month, we'll find out how that comes to be. My theory is that the white lions come to what will come to be the Pride Lands, aiming to rule through tyranny and without mercy, so Mufasa unites the animals of the area to fight back because Taka can't/won't. The animals then elect Mufasa king, thereby pushing Taka off the throne. Once Simba is born, Taka is not only off the throne but thrown further down the line of succession.
This isn't canon. In the novel version, they are actual brothers. Scar was jealous of Mufasa from the beginning because Mufasa was older, stronger, and their father Ahadi's favorite. He tried to prove his worth as a leader to the pride by confronting some wild buffalo, and that's how he got his scar. They are making this BS plot for dramatic effect. 🤷♀️
Let me guess that the cub is Kiara where’s kovu and and Kiara’s parents andni love you heard don’t say me ! Taka oh great another one to not eat and and funny baboon
Since I have noticed that Simba’s and Nala’s cub is Kiara in this film, I am not buying that (meaning that I do not believe that). I was sure that since I was watching the original version of the movie from 1994, that cub should’ve been a prince, not a princess.
This just took every 80’s baby for a tail spin💯 Scar was in the bloodline and Mufasa was an orphan. Go figure.

2:03 1st trailer

This film effects look very realistic and amazing hope Disney can show these kind of effects and realistic for the book after man
Seeing their realationship then seeing scar kill mufas is jeartbreaking

I think it's because the animals are from Africa in irl
@ I know that this is the main reason. And I’m just wondering why did they call Taka so. I wrote what swahili connections to that word are. Unataka means wish, takataka means garbage and simply taka means waste.
Taka would just mean waste, but it makes no sense for a prince to be named waste. Even in the comic he was called Taka.
I've also heard it means "Want."
@@SamarWarrior actually it's just a storybook, not a comic.
From what i have seen, its probably animals and other animals that choosed mufasa and thats why scar was mad
chose not choosed

I don’t like it when Scar killed Mufasa in the Lion King.
Don’t say….
@ Stop that
Mufasa: SCARRR!!!!!!
*mufasa struggles*
Mufasa: ARGHHH.... BROTHER!!, HELP ME
*silence*
*he grabs onto mufasas paws*
Mufasa: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGRRRRR....
....
..............
Scar: Long live........
THE KING!!,!!!!!!,!!
*he slaps mufasa off the cliff*
GAAARRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAARRRHHHHHHHHHH
Child Simba: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
@ No!!!! *Mufasa died*
I like it better when Scar whispers to Mufasa before letting him go.
Bro this is a call back to kimba the white lion!!!!
AYY !!

Pleased to meet Taka and other characters!!
Rafiki you kill me 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤you are the best wiiiii❤❤❤❤
Mufasa wasn’t adopted.
In the animated version he wasn't in this live action version he clearly is.
1:41... Tree of Life?! 🤣
I'm kidding, but it's very similar)
Lol!

It probably is tbh
Scar was so nice when he was young but then he turned into a evil monster

Seems like a fun journey movie 😝
LIN-MANUEL IS WRITING THE MUSIC??? Okay, these songs better be bangers, then.
I love lions and simba mufasa Sabria and lions 🦁 ❤️ 💙 ♥️ 😍 💕
Is no one gonna talk about who the Cub Rafiki is telling the story to? It's not Nala.
It’s Kiara
@@Neskerz That's what i meant, its not Kiara. I think it might be Kopa. Maybe it's Kiara, idk
@@Coopershawk-lf8tx It's Kiara.
@@sarahgilliss3503 Sad
This is really going to mess up the entire story of the Lion King shown in the animated movies.
this is a different lion king franchise because it's only related to the 2019 movie, not the 2D animated franchise.
I know right I’m just gonna pretend the live action movies don’t exist
they already messed it much worse by a lion guard tho
@@foxixplosion
The lion guard is a lot worse because it's so corny and lame and makes no sense at all.
tell me about it. it looks like an even bigger cash grab than the first damn remake
I see they got better with the facial expressions.
NO WAY SO SCARS REAL NAME IS ACTUALLY TAKA
I'm so excited for this movie
Same and yes his real name is taka
Man. There so chaotic 😭
Wait whaaaaaaaat Scar was the actual prince?????
Yes, he does, because his parents were king and queen of their lands. Mufasa is an orphan, he is an adoptive brother to Taka
@@Cutieowl29Really?! Dang. I never knew why Mufasa was outcast.

He's in the lion king books. Simba has three cubs in total
apparently Disney officially made Simba and Nala's cub female not male
