Who ruled the Outlands after Zira? After her death, who inevitably filled the power vacuum that remained and conquered the territory beyond the Pride Lands? Well in The Lion Guard, we actually got the opportunity to learn a lot about the power struggles that took place in this region during Simba’s reign as King. In fact, we are shown that Zira was far from the only leader in the Outlands. There were hyenas, jackals, crocodiles, and even the Ghost of Scar who all attempted to take the territory for themselves, but who came out on top? Well, the truth is that it was a hyena named Jasiri who finally united the Outlands, and she actually did it before Zira’s death. In fact, I don’t think Zira was ever equipped to become the Queen of the Outlands.

I'm Isaac Carlson, a creator based in Orlando, Florida, and ever since I can remember I’ve loved Disney. My fondest childhood memories come from visiting Walt Disney World with my family. I grew up loving Spider-Man, Star Wars, Pixar, and the classic animated films from Disney.
