Crossing Valheim's map in ONE JUMP - Harpoon Glitch

Today we attempt to cross the entire Valheim map, from border to border by using the Harpoon glitch on the secret Mario Kart 8 Deluxe track, Moder's Raceway.
Could we manage to make the FIRST* transcontinental flight in Valheim? Watch out for blue shells tho
*I haven't actually bothered to check and see if anyone else has done this.

I wonder if you could use this to land in a specific area by taking off the feather cape at the right time

Just press any move key while in mid-air to kill momentum, then you may land like a parachute

Let's see the vertical limit. Eat some food so you have >200 HP on landing (bounce insurance) and bring a health pot.

How does this glitch work now? Me and some friends tried it with a chair and a slight inclined edge. Get off chair and let go of harpoon at same time, and all it did was fling me next to my friend with no foreward momentum

If you're the one being flung don't hold any movement keys (i.e. WASD), it could be that. Also the harpoon has to be as strecthed out far as you can without the line breaking.

@@BigBrianGameplay that... might be the thing. So spacebar off the chair without using movement keys, stretched to as far away as possible without harpoon breaking, release harpoon at the same time if not fractionally after space bar is hit off the chair?
