Pilfered Power has a 30 second cooldown which really limits its usefulness and requires you to be within tractor beam distance, which can be iffy depending on the build. Drop it to 15 or 20 seconds and it would be a lot better.
Yeah, that's really the big takeaway from this build: Haste is good, but you can have too much of a good thing. You gotta balance that with other stats.
While the drain is in engine power, your energy weapons' damage still scales with weapon power. The power you have left after maxing out weapons is still enough to maintain RRtW. Normally I would add Emergency Power to Engines to help with that just in case, but then I wouldn't have room for EPtShields to trigger Weapons Hot, Deflectors to Full.
Random question do you think that they will do a miracle worker version of the galaxy and do you think they might do a damage skin that look like the enterprise d in picard for it
No way to know for certain, but I would be surprised to see either. There are three different t6 versions of the Galaxy at this point, I doubt their in a rush to do another one any time soon. And as for a damaged Picard-esque skin, that's not the kind of stuff STO typically does for ships, and making a unique damaged skin like that could present some tech difficulties in executing it. It's not as easy as just putting some scuffs on the original Galaxy skin.
I love what you did but in testing and not using cannons im using advanced phasers x2 or 3 sometimes i use the terran rep phaser instead the disco rep phaser and dark matter torp 4 the kinetic cutting beam and console among other normal things but mu point is the build you made is great but it'll benefit more from using beams and i utilize entwined tactical matrices to bounce power from engines to weapon power the cannons work but are limiting as the beams can mostly hit all directions i cant parse it being on console but it seems to do a healthy amount of damage very quickly plus i use vaulting ambition as a cleanup trait instead of weapons hot, deflectors to full its a good design though overall
Yes, Complex Plasma Fires would've been smarter, but the theme was to feed into Haste as much as possible. But with that, I would've had to do this on my Romulan toon, because I only have that trait on my Rom toon.
Huh. Neat concept. Personally, I'd switch out DT for Tact Team 1. The automated shield realignment adds a sliver more survivability, and the damage buff is, well, a buff. But that's probably due more to my reluctance for giving up one of my six must have Boff abilities...

Yes I know REA is triggered by tractor beam but it also does 100k+ damage and is worth the risk because of it. 😂
Thats why I use tractor beam repulsors with the Voth Duty officer, you can activate it whenever you want

Viridian Plasma, completely aside from it's actual powers, just plain looks amazing. So much fun to use >
I work a lot of haste into my phaser builds, but not at the expense of other things. DEW probably isn't meta anymore but it's what I know and enjoy.

Why didn't you use the Console - Universal - Troyius Protocol?
Troyius is great and all but the 8 second downtime kills your dps potential

Basically the engine power drain only determines if RRTW is canceled early or not. If you don't reach 0 engine power, there isn't an issue.

This build was never going to break any records in dps, it was more of a "what will happen if I take this idea and run with it!" sort of thing
Well if you switch out heart of sol or some trait for Complex plasma fire and a console for Agony Redistributor, it wouldn't do bad in ise

Tac Teams shield thing is known to often mess up firing haste buffs. Not aways, But the number crunchers have noticed it.
