因為富察夫人有授權素練作風可以大膽一些 所以就很放心大膽的搞鬼了 我想皇后對很多事應該都不明就裡 反正素練跟她說甚麼就信甚麼
也許是真的有下達指令要好好照顧，不過一個孩子整天生病照理說不太可能不知曉，我想皇后可能一次都沒有去實地關心過才會這樣渾然不覺，所以她說自己盡了職責，還是挺牽強的

He wasn't that abused, it was just negligence. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's not serious, but probably not enough for getting a child really traumatized. In real life lots of children have it worse, and somehow they get through that.
@@artemisa1523 What the hell are you talking about? It was abuse. His own servants were bullying and hurting him, to curry favor with the Empress who saw him as a threat. They pleaded negligence because that's a lesser sin by comparison. Do understand the plot instead of spouting nonsense.
Yonghuang was actually affected by it. Some people cope by acting "normal." He could've healed if he had been left with Ruyi, but she soon loses custody of him and he grows up to be a bitter and calculating man.
@@anthyavila9726 I never said it wasn't abuse, I said "he wasn't that abused" to necessarily be traumatized by the mistreat, because whether you like or not lot of kid have it hard but don't develop a trauma, or at least no a visible one, not to say that the story take places around 1770 and he was a child living in a harem so he must endure certain things. You should read comments more carefully before writing annoying answers.

Hence, the emperor want to choose a step-mother for him, hence he asked First Prince to choose between the Empress, Noble Consort Hui (3rd rank consort) and Consort Xian (4th rank consort) as they were three highest rank woman in the harem that time.
Qing imperial harem rank:
1. Empress or huanghou (legal wife) only 1 in the harem. She considered as the legitimate mother of all the emperor’s children. They have to call her ‘imperial mother’
2. Imperial Noble Consort or huangguifei (only 1 in the harem). It was a very rare spot because this rank was neck to neck to the Empress. Hence, it rarely bestowed expect for the case that Empress seat is vacant, so the Emperor bestowed this rank to the consort(usually noble consort) who will become the next empress aka Empres in-waiting.
