Such an incredible writer! I encountered her writing when I was just 12. I would comb through library books looking for something to read, little did I know that that was how I would find Christ. From Redeeming Love, to the Mark of the Lion Series to Her Lineage of Grace books, her characters and stories are alive and captivating. The Love of Christ is a central theme in all her books and every single page is saturated with the Word. I love how all her Romances are actually about how much God loves us, not just romantic stories, and each time I read one of her books I find myself only hungering more for God. Amazing.

God truly uses you. Mark of the Lion is my very favorite. Leota's Garden was the first book I read. Love them all! God bless you continually! Loved the Daughter/Mother books!

When I first read "Her Mother's Hope" , I rooted for Marta to escape her abusive father. By the time I finished, I hated her for the way she treated her daughter. I even wrote fan fiction, where the verbally abused daughter walks away from her mother and NEVER returns.
I eventually found the strength to walk away from my verbally abusive mother. BLOOD is NOT the strongest tie, LOVE is. And where there's no love, even blood relations have no connection.
