@@maximumchargeEV amazing video as always, but I’ll be honest. I’m waiting for the video where you show an updated and fully customized. A8 for if nothing else I plan to customize the crap out of mine and I wanna see how you handle it.
My first tea bike was an Onyx CTY2, and since then I’ve purchased a current generation wired freedom. Needless to say, I had no idea how awesome my Onyx CTY2 was until I purchased the wired freedom.
Amazing build! Wish I knew how to do half the stuff that u know. Otherwise, I'd be zooming around in a 70mph bike already. lol. I'm saving up for that battery. Only 30 lbs. That's an efficient piece of kit.
Thanks for this vid. I enjoyed the inclusion of homer Simpson moments. However note that the glove battery has a vary interesting warning "Please do not use if swalling occurs" I had to do a google search for *swalling* ... oh dear ...
Some great mods, what do you think about the 72v HappyRun ebike that’s very similar to this and about the same price? Seems like they’re charging for the higher voltage battery but maybe less quality parts.
50 mph, nice ⚡👍🚲 I'm ordering a 45a controller today (later on) for my 1500w 52v20ah 40a BMS, do you think I'll be ok using a 45amp controller Alex? ...Or would it be a better idea to get a 40amp one due to my battery's BMS just being 40a ? I'm currently using the stock 35a controller shunt modded with the basic sw900 display and it's pretty fast (almost 40 mph, flies up any hill at 25 mph), but I want a bit more grunt really, so I'm thinking maybe a 45a controller with the Ukc1 colour display... Or would it be a better idea to use a 40amp controller because of the 40amp battery BMS ? New logo looks great too!
@@MickyBee73I’ve done the same with some of my builds with a 40a bms stock battery. Sometimes it can handle the 45a and other times it doesn’t. I would get the 45a and if the bms turns the battery off at full power you could either program it a bit lower if the new display allows or run it on 4 out of 5 power level and just have the benefit of running a cooler controller since it’s less than its max output.
I can turn it on now while coasting but I believe you can also turn it on when you press the brake lever. Not sure I'll have to keep tweaking the settings
So far my initial impression is that it's extremely comfortable. It's going to be extra cushy looking. Once they finalize it I'll give it more camera time
So far so good! In the future I'm going to try out different pad materials to see which is best, and THANK YOU for using my link and Code. Much appreciated.

Fantastic job on this video! Keep up the great work!
Looking forward to putting the other caliper on the other bike! It badly needs a brake upgrade. Thanks for sending these out!
Wow...bike is incredible! 🦵⚡️💪🚴♂️🐐
Will be perfect once it's done!
MOAR GOAT CONTENT!!!! Love it every time.
Thanks for the friendly comment and for being a viewer!
I'm not a diy guy but I do enjoy the vids..🤙
Thanks!
@maximumchargeEV ya don't need those gloves in California tho!!🤣🤣🤙

Thats a good bike! Onyx made a great product
Great job Alex! I really like those gloves!
You could probably use some in your area
@@maximumchargeEV I have some cheap amazon heated gloves, but they have no armor.
They are sending me these brakes to upgrade one of my Wallke bikes. Nice video
Awesome!
Can't wait to see more🥳
Great tips! ⚡️🦵🚴♂️💪
Cool bike and amazing build 😍😍😍
Thank you!
Great job!
a 1-3" seat riser might give you more room to tuck the controller and wires away etc.
I have a different way. You'll see.
Damn i was just looking for and hoping for this off the fb group lol

Thanks! You can definitely learn it all, just take time, trial and error you know?
Nice subway tile
Never installing it again. So much work. Only big tiles from now on.
@@maximumchargeEV ...ha ha ha....now they make stickum tiles....
@IMBruceECLECTIC yeah but they look like crap. Probably poor durability too
@@maximumchargeEV ...probably. But product technology....like ebikes....always improving...

Seems like six piston calipers would be nice for trick bike riding. 😂
You guys should review the 2024 Bigniu B-GX
That would be fun
I really like the look of that seat! But where is your taillight?
Working on it
@@maximumchargeEV Looking forward to seeing where this Goat goes.

I don't know much about the bike. I know tail happy did a GOOD review on it. Need learn more or try it for myself

Are you using a geared hub motor? What's the voltage? You won't notice any big change going from 40 to 45. Ever think of adding a second motor?
@maximumchargeEV it's direct drive, I've ordered a 40a one, only 5a more but was cheap and it'll do for the time being, be ok shunted 👍⚡52v

@ItsMeMrG I got a 40a one, good advice cheers 👍
How do u plan on doing the regen?
I can turn it on now while coasting but I believe you can also turn it on when you press the brake lever. Not sure I'll have to keep tweaking the settings
@maximumchargeEV does the power goat also have regen?
@taegibs7798 none of the stock goats have regen. You'll need an aftermarket controller
you think i should get the motor goat or ghost cat f3?
Will you be doing any off roading?
@ I don’t plan to
@therocks6418 goat is great for on road purposes.
@ what do you think of the Billy goat v3? Is there a difference?
Looks great! Have to ask how much do you have into it? Keep up the videos!
6 Pistons sounds cool but the pistons are too small to make any difference vs a good 4 pot set. I want to see them increase the piston size
I would like to see that comparison as well. I know other reviewers are gettifng these brakes as well. Let's see how they do with them
Nice brake setup
Better than before. Let's see if I can get the regen working properly when the brake levers are pressed
@@maximumchargeEV ...my friend told me that regen loosens the axle nuts when first used. check bolts after 50 miles or so when you get it done...
@IMBruceECLECTIC oh yeah for sure I'll have to check them more frequently
Ha ha ha..alot of doh
Next level always makes the seat look unusable, because it's like completely curved and goofy looking
So far my initial impression is that it's extremely comfortable. It's going to be extra cushy looking. Once they finalize it I'll give it more camera time
Hey man how are these holding up i just ordered and used the code.

@maximumchargeEV still going through pads quickly? Only got 400 miles out of stock brakes
@@ghostybroyo oh I was referring to the new brakes. I switched the rear to ceramic but the regen will be helping the rear brake a lot soon.
