I have an arctic leopard ex800. My ride to work is 9 miles each way. I’m getting to work at like 90-93 percent and I’m getting home about 80% in 15-30 degrees, bike left out infront of my job for 6 hours in the cold in between. I mean to be fair I have a 74v75amo battery. Why I went with that bike cause range for days lol

It's insane how lax the bicycle laws are the US. Here it's illegal to not have a bell and reflector and if it's dark, both front and back lights are also required. How are those optional in the US?

Try following traffic laws so they don't start banning ebikes more than they already are.

After riding it I certainly noticed the battery sag that you sort of mentioned. It’s still a decent deal, but I’m thinking of combining a second battery through a 2x battery combiner module. My 9Ah Molicel P45b pack should take some strain off the stock pack. If it does, that’ll indicate no so great cells in the stock pack. I’ll then test with just the Molicel pack itself. It’s fine for moderate bursting around, but if a person wants to crank it to blast, the top shelf cells is where it’s at. JP40 Ampace for instance.

Just got mine two days ago. Box damaged but not badly. Started to unpack and assemble. No keys! Not on handlebars or in box. Took out charger and battery and plugged in to get charged up. Red light on charger but battery was dead unresponsive. No lights nothing on charge indicator. Charged 9 hours and nothing. E mails to ebycco go unanswered. 5 plus e mails and no response. They got my money and I got an unusable e bike. Might be a great bike if you happen to get a good one and don’t need customer service. And no they don’t have phone support. Buyer be ware

Do you think its powerful enough to make an electric hydrofoil board?

I'm buying this bike next week. I think it's the best deal for a dual motor dual battery electric bike. Most other bikes have smaller batteries 40 amps even at 48 volts should give good speed and range.

Spark Cycleworks made some amazing stuff. I love how they make these custom light kits that can fit into any bike out there, they love the e-bike scene. I really respect that.

All that sounds good but what is also important to me is the make of batteries, because that's where companies can make their bikes so much cheaper by buying off brand batteries which may only last 1-2 years before they are not worth charging.

It's also is 2 wheel drive, 2 batteries and dual suspension but it has a REAL headquarters (Pahrump, Nevada) and high quality components like TEKTRO 4 piston hydraulic brakes, 203 x 2.3 mm brake discs, dual wall wheels, Samsung batteries, Shimano Deore gearing, 9 levels of TORQUE sensing assist, etc., etc.
