    That’s not a new model

Indeed. But the InOui branding was new to me.

The design may be dated, but electrically-operated reclining seats is not something you find in a lot of European trains, even in first class. Luxurious!

TGV is actually translated as "High-Speed Train" (rather than Great)
inOui is pronounced "Een Ou Oui" a play on the word inouï meaning extraordinary, incredible, sensational.

Very good. My French is terrible, as it's only my fifth language.

@@MarkusTravels that's terrible, I hope you speak more than 5 languages to make up for that :p

They're pretty much all the same. But I prefer the rear-facing solo seats.

@@MarkusTravels From what I checked it’s for the tgv named « TGV Océane ». You can do some search about it (if you want). And I tried once and personally I liked it. The best thing is (if you have it) is to check the train information to see if it’s a normal duplex tgv you got or the Oceane (I’m pretty all of the Oceane tgv got the new 1st class but I’m not sure but I do think it’s for that TGV in particular as others one (especially the one going from Paris to Lyon will be replaced by the TGVM once it releases)

Thanks for a nice video. I don't like the footrest either. Simple don´t understand them, on train or in an aircraft. Tack

Emmm the TGV Duplex you traveled had the 2010 Interior. On the LGV Atlatique (It leaves Paris Montparnase to Burdeux and the Spanish border) had the newer Interior caled "Oceane" which are im my opinion much better. If youe loking for something more modern that would be your choise!!!.

Excellent advice! I have actually been looking at taking the train to Spain, and it seems like taking the TGV is indeed a good option. I just wish they had night trains between Switzerland and Spain!

foot rests are for short people, or those with short legs

I'm 1m78 or 5'10" - average length legs... I do like the foot rest to change the position of my legs on long trips.
