I love the video. If I were living there, I'd definitely want a window in the loft, and possibly one more next to the deck doors. Windows give you ventilation, which is useful in a small space, and it also saves you money on the air conditioner.
I do have a question regarding the video and the room--so are you putting in a little half bath in the shed too for your room? OR are you going to be venturing inside in the middle of the night if you need to use a bathroom?? REASON I AM ASKING: I am making a sleeping arrangement/separate guest bedroom outside of my family's home for me and my three kiddos since there isn't an extra bedroom inside the house we can share I need our own space for privacy and to take a breather when we need but I am converting ours from a 10×16 Lofted Barn Shed into a sleeping area/a large bedroom. I love seeing videos like this because now I feel a lot more confident in my shed purchase and converting it into a bedroom space now that I see it's a lot more popular then I had thought. I also loved the fact I was able to do rent to own option for my shed over a 24 month period no credit check and no deposit all I had to pay was first months rent and a delivery fee 🎉😊 for my income it was a very reasonable and smooth purchasing option for someone like me a single mom with thee kiddos working fulltime as a cashier trying to get back on my feet ❤🎉
For the first time doing this, it looks good. I think I would have a rail across the upstairs. A plain 2x4 stained like your steps or an industrial black pipe. Both can be removable.
Great work! Be sure to prime those spots where the dark stain splashed on the wall before you repaint. Use a sealing primer like Kilz,so the spots don't bleed back through. Then paint, and nobody but us will ever know.
Dude this is sick. Thanks for this. Im planning on getting a similar tuffshed model by 10x12. I think you can help others find this vid easier if you tag or title (tuffshed) in it and the model.
So let me ask you. did you permit this? I just built a 12' X 16 ' workshop in my backyard. I wasted my whole summer trying to get my build permitted. the city kept moving the goal post on me. I finally withdrew my application and just built the #@^& thing.
Great! I’ve been living in it for over a year now and was able to rent out the rest of the house to my other friends allowing me to not pay a mortgage. Just bought my second house last week as a result!

Thanks! I did end up adding one in the loft about a month after this video

Thank you!
Great music and THANK YOU for turning the music volume down when you talk. 😊 Wonderful video!!!
Your a beast man, I’m glad I got to see this in person. I didn’t realize how much work you put into this. Good shit 🔥

Badass! I'm wanting to do something similar

Good idea
Would sheet rocking the walls make it warmer than the wood paneling?
It might! The reason I chose wood was because if I ever had to move it, sheet rock doesn’t transport well
What an epic tiny home
hi stranger
Badass!

I did not. The shed was there when I moved in and if I have to get rid of it I should atleast be able to sell it for my money back
What was cost
Song at the end is awesome 🤣
It hurt my ears.
Can you give an estimate on how much money was spent on everything?
I’d say roughly $4000 not including the cost of the shed
the shed is done song needs to be released
and i want a work/ chill shed
How has this turned out?

How much more or less to build
I’m sorry I don’t understand the question
Does your city have any ordinances about this that you violated? I'm wanting to do this but I'm told it's illegal. 😬
If I had to guess most definitely
Did he insulate the loft floor?
Yes!
Bro you said “err/erm” about a thousand times! 😂
Working on improving that! Thanks for the algorithm boost though
dope!
The bad thing about these spiral staircases, if you miss a step with the wrong foot you are hurt.
Hasn’t happened yet fortunately! It’s been working fine so far. It’s more of a ladder though
Goes with any staircase.
thats kinda funny
where’s the bathroom?
I’m the house 😞
Or outside
hey my names Ethan
Talks the whole video and doesn’t actually film work being done 🤦🏾♂️
