  • Toes curling can cause all sorts of problems after stroke... pain, difficulty walking, tightness in the arm and balance problems.
    In this video, you will see how you can get your toes ready to work on the opposite of curling.

    I haven't had a stroke, but I've been curling my toes for a few weeks now. It only happens when I have shoes on and I begin walking. I'm also a runner, so I've been wondering if it has anything to do with my calfs and maybe knots that I may have. Do you have any recommendations for me?

    It always curls up after a few steps
    So I have to stop walking and let the foot relax. .then the cycle starts again.
    I'm stroke patient
