There were so many great performances by these actors. 2023 was a great year for films both TV and Movies combined. Definitely proud to see all the winners from Succession and Cillian Murphy it’s time for that Oscar next!

I don't trust any awards show anymore. Too much external factors affecting what American businesses do and this ain't no different. In the past it was genuinely based on talent and craft. Now it could very well be influenced by race, popularity, politics, majority rules etc.

Damn what a bad year for movies. The only big ones that were universally enjoyed were Spiderverse and The Holdovers (Past Lives is also great but I don't think enough people saw it).
