Frontenac, Missouri is a beautiful suburb of St. Louis. Frontenac is located between Ladue and Town & Country, and it's a blend of the two areas. It's just on the smaller side. If you purchase a house in Frontenac, you will see things anywhere from $500,000 on the low end, all the way up to $3 to $4 million on the high end. Frontenac is right in the middle of the central corridor with all the wealth of central St. Louis County. So the central corridor is this strip of upscale, wealthy parts of Saint Louis that runs pretty much right along I-64 40. Plaza Frontenac is a great shopping mall you'll love if you live here. And if you're living in Frontenac, the public school districts will be Ladue schools and Kirkwood schools, depending on where specifically you live.

I have family all over the state and especially st. Louis. They all live in nice areas and homes, and none of them paid million for a home. I live in mesa az. 9th most expensive state in country and you're telling me missouri homes are more then here...all over? I was considering a move and our price range is around 350k because our house & area homes go for about $ 425k. I was hoping to pocket some $. Does this channel cover not million $ homes? Missouri doesnt have the best ratings for crime, drugs, education, weather or healthcare so why so exoensive?

There are plenty of areas around St. Louis where the median home price is under $350k, however this video focused on Frontenac which is in the middle of all of the expensive parts of St. Louis county which tend to be much more expensive. Many neighborhoods within STL City and a bunch of suburbs in the county do not fit within this expensive bucket; Frontenac is more of the exception than the norm when it comes to housing prices across the STL metro area.
