9 Minute Arm Flow using Dumbbells

  • Here is the perfect quick & effective arm workout for lean sculpted arms. All you need is a set of small dumbbells or small hand weights, between 3-5 lbs, and nine minutes! We will work on your shoulders, upper back muscles, triceps, biceps, and everything in between. Get those arms tank-top ready as you improve your posture and increase endurance and strength. Get ready to fight through the burn with these barre arms!

    I tried it with 5 lbs.....THAT didn't last long 😂 Switched to 3's and it was still tough! Awesome arm workout! Thanks so much!!

    Love how you're quick, to the point, not flashy and you explain proper movement, where it should burn and you turn to show different angles. Really, everything was perfect and my arms are burning 👍🏻

    Don't be fooled by the pretty face and beautiful smile, this is a serious upper body workout. Thank you so much! Great, non-stop routine. Effective, efficient and challenging. I will definitely be doing this one again and again.

    Oh my god!! I thought this was a light workout LOL my arms are on FIRE! when she says "last two" all I can think of what "that´s all I can do" hahahaha great workout!!

    I'm new to exercising and fifty plus, on the lookout for simple and achievable workouts. I came across this and gave it a try. You just left me shaking even without the dumbbells. But I loved it . Now off to checking out your channel for other such workouts. Thanks for putting it here for us.

    Hey Andrea, this is one of the best arms workout I have tried so far. Since one month I do it regularly and I have noticed improvement EVEN of my posture. I believe the lack of popularity of this workout and the whole youTube channel is due to the quite low video and sound quality and if you work a bit on that, you can get for sure more subscribers.       Hi! Thank you so much for the feedback... I forgot I even had a channel until now (I owned a physical barre studio and have since transitioned to virtual studio and uploaded a few videos like this on a whim)...       Update! I started helping with hay and now am not so scrawny! (I gave up on this workout, but not because it doesn't work, because I didnt feel like doing it)

      All body parts are every other day. If it's sore, that muscle hasn't healed enough to do it again and you won't see benefits so don't think you're being tough by doing it anyways.

      Try with no weight! It's so high rep that you'll get a great workout regardless :)

    nice instruction- I do not like that you did started with shoulder work -I would wait till I was warmed up-and work on other muscle groups first. I would not suggest using weights to anyone who has chronic pain-

      Hi! I know this post (and video) are super old and I do agree with you IF you are using heavier weights! Then you'd def need a warmup!
