- Here is the perfect quick & effective arm workout for lean sculpted arms. All you need is a set of small dumbbells or small hand weights, between 3-5 lbs, and nine minutes! We will work on your shoulders, upper back muscles, triceps, biceps, and everything in between. Get those arms tank-top ready as you improve your posture and increase endurance and strength. Hey Andrea, this is one of the best arms workout I have tried so far. Since one month I do it regularly and I have noticed improvement EVEN of my posture. I believe the lack of popularity of this workout and the whole youTube channel is due to the quite low video and sound quality and if you work a bit on that, you can get for sure more subscribers. I forgot I even had a channel until now (I owned a physical barre studio and have since transitioned to virtual studio and uploaded a few videos like this on a whim)... Update! I started helping with hay and now am not so scrawny! (I gave up on this workout, but not because it doesn't work, because I didnt feel like doing it)

How many days a week and how many times
All body parts are every other day. If it's sore, that muscle hasn't healed enough to do it again and you won't see benefits so don't think you're being tough by doing it anyways.

nice instruction- I do not like that you did started with shoulder work -I would wait till I was warmed up-and work on other muscle groups first. I would not suggest using weights to anyone who has chronic pain-
So go and make your own video.
Hi! I know this post (and video) are super old and I do agree with you IF you are using heavier weights! Then you'd def need a warmup!
Intense, even with 2lb weights! Love it!
