Westgate Residence Renovation featured on "Behind The Gates"

Kurt Krueger Architects remodels a Brentwood, Los Angeles home into a modern architecture masterpiece with a focus on craftsmanship and updating the space for modern living. Starting with a small footprint, we maximized the space by creating an open floorplan, but still created well defined spaces for entertaining and relaxing. The interior is chic and masculine. The exterior features rich natural materials and a private front courtyard. The property is featured on "Behind the Gates."

This is one of those few renos where I can see where every penny of the $1 million budget went -- big windows and skylights to open the house up to California's outdoor living, beautiful materials, finishes and details. No awkward moments. It feels like this is what the house wanted to be all along.
