At one point it was priced at 14 million i think. They had a hard time selling it.
I think this house is more fitting as a very exclusive event venue.. like weddings, maybe companies events and such... I don't find the house itself, as a living property, any way attractive, not even in the architectural side of it... I'd have the kitchen enlarged and renovated to be a top of the line catering kitchen, and the rest of the house transformed to be "venue fitting"
Yes this is an income producing home but also a great retreat home if you want to stay away from people.
The exterior resembles an office building the interior was simply amazing stainless steel big windows to make you feel like you are one with nature the views i can’t even put into words incredible property.

It took forever to finally sell that house but i'll give Ed Niles a lot of credit for creating a masterpiece. He was ahead of the game and one of the few architects that believes in creating nice houses made mostly of steel and glasses.

beautiful home.!! twenty years can be an issue for some homes. so often older contemporary homes scream the decade they were built with walls of glass block, or a bathroom with whole walls of dark hunter green 6x6 bathroom tile. this homes esthetique is definitely a testament to its timelessness. Several people voiced it's looking more like an event venue which I do fully understand but I think the amount of glass and the privacy it's 16 acres provides its a space that needs to be seen in person to get the true sense of its function. Seeing it through the lens of the camera the scale of the home, the rooms and the property as a whole cannot be fully appreciated. It is the perfect space to mix many styles as well as many different centuries of furniture. For existence, a clean-lined angular sofa with french polished centuries old side tables would be beautiful. The fact it has a reputation of its own, in effect its own part-time job doesn't hurt either. Finally, a home willing to contribute to it's own function.
being so literally a part of nature it must be it's own anti-depressant, with the ocean and wind recreating sounds the "original" sharper image white noise machine needed to record.

Think of this fabulous house done up in Steam Punk Gothic white Victorian Deco. The black lines with colors designs on black and white artist from Germany. Love the minimalist style. Could go Neo Classical Gothic Tudor Greek. Perfect t style.
I am from a mountainous country, I should be coveting ocean and beech but man mountain and hills are in my blood can't get enough of it, want to see it everyday, makes me feel safe. But 7 million usd, I don't come as a potential customer, a non artist, value for money demanding customer.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but that's actually a really good price. I thought it was going to be around $50M.

The location is fantastic, but the old owner bought it in 2017 and wants to offload it now just 3 years later for about the same amount? The house is an architectural fail. It's fine as a location shoot as seen in many movies and TV series, but coming with a 7 mio. $ investment tag, that will unlikely to get you that much cash out of it. It's probably being used as an office most of the time. The building is an example of mismatched vision to the reality of the location and usability. It was likely also the fault of the original owners who clearly were not aware of the fact that having such a house is hardly interesting in the long-run. It could have been a unique masterpiece if they had chosen for a more practicable modern, but cozy flair - many Mallorca houses have that in spades and feel as if you could move in with your family the very next day. This one elicits nothing like that.
