Wow, i'm so happy that there's still a God Eater content on youtube nowadays. I'm thinking of replaying 3, after i'm finished Resurrection and Rage Burst first. Well, i have 2 character already on GE3 and only my main one already finished Ein amother episode. Maybe i'll finished 1 & 2 first, then my GE3 2nd char another episode and then make a 3rd character
Lunar Feast and Moonlight Blade are my favourite. Look really good with the effect that does one pulse of slashes all around, and the one that does a lot of straighter slashes over a huge area for a long time respectovely, especially the latter. I like that one or floating mine for moves that hit a lot over a long time because those two effects last long enough to get to the beat of the infinite where they get refreshed instead of one awkward crescent wave or big slash that crops up every four seconds.
I'm new to the game series, I've only played a bit of God Eater Burst before, and I'm curious... do you take in consideration for ranking these, the available attachable Art Effects? And while I'm here do they make a significant difference? Currently im going for biggest number if easy to land, or the one best visually matching the art.
Since I still didn't unlock most arts, I'm supposing some may have different amounts or ways to activate the effects (apart from the obvious type of the effect itself).
I kind of just do art effects based on aesthetics instead of functionality. Most aerial moves get blade storm, most step attacks get lingering fang or triple threat, most charge crush/slamming moves get either briar patch or ground cross, etc.
As someone who names their character Lunatic in every game they plays... this list pleases me.

Tempest Step is a personal S rank to me. Not only the thing recharges OP like crazy, it's also spammable. It's things like this that make me wish though that you can just slot in three burts arts regardless of type. I'd love to have both Tempest Step and Moonlight Blade on the same kit.
