A few minor disagreements.
Halo assault is not a particularly good burst art. However it is biting edge's best ground art because it attaches to BE's best attack. You actually lose damage until it reaches lv4 (not counting butst art effects).
Cosmic bolt has niche applications against certain aragami due to armor pierce being really good.
Soaring sky into phantom pain is honestly pretty good.
The glaive dash attacks are for gap closing in glaive mode they are ok.
Cosmic Bolt has some of the best bond breaking properties and knockdown capabilities, combo it with Soaring Sky and you just put a cycle of hurting on an aragami.
I really like God eater 3, but I really love God. Eater 1 and 2 I hope they make God eater 4 someday
The only weapon where I was able to create Mikasa from AoT 😚🤷🏻♂️

hey man, hope you're doing well, it seems like the Heavy Moon BA tier list won't come to be, just wanted to ask what the best build for Heavy Moon is since I can't really find anything good anywhere, i just kinda need a nudge on the right direction, any tips will do and is welcome. thanks a bunch, especially for these BA tier lists, its been a huge help.
Hello, I know I've been extremely slow with making these, and I apologize for that.
The video in which I had recorded all of my heavy moon related footage got corrupted as I was almost done. I then got sidetracked with other things, so it has been a while. I still have the audio, so it's just a matter of re recording the relevant moves again.
As for a decent build, I am not currently near my PC, but I can give you a response in a few hours.
So the loadout I usually run with is
Ground: Apocalypse Axe
Air: Lunar Orbit
Step: Blade Waltz
I sometimes use Moonlit Dawn over Apocalypse Axe, but it does have some drawbacks, which I explain in the (currently unreleased) Heavy Moon video. Either way, I tend to be a fan of the "charging" ground arts for Heavy Moon since it kind of makes it play like a faster buster blade. Speaking of charging, the Quick Charge abandoned God Arc will definitely help with those two arts.
For aerial, I rarely use anything besides Lunar Orbit. It's quick, has a weak spot bonus, and devouring in mid air resets the combo anyway, so it's very spammable.
You can't really go wrong with any of the step arts. I prefer Blade Waltz, but any of the others will do too. My only thing is, since Moonlight Blade utilizes the axe mode, you'd probably do better to equip Carnage Moon as your ground art in that case since Moonlight Blade would be best used on a downed enemy. This is only if you want to use Moonlight Blade, as it would balance out your moveset a bit more.
As for equipment, I'm not sure if you've beaten the game yet, but if you have, the Manticore Moon, which you can craft from Agni Vajra, is pretty good. It has higher base attack than its elemental counterpart, as well as four skill slots. Pick a shield depending on what size you prefer. I'd recommend one of the character's shields since they also come with four slots if my memory serves me right. So for instance I usually run with bucklers, so I use Lulu's shield. If you don't have them unlocked yet just craft the best one you can afford.
The gun doesn't matter too much, especially if you don't shoot stuff often. Just find one with at least two skill slots, if possible.
I think predator style would make the biting edge more deadly with its speed
Soaring sky is actually really cool you combo it with phantom pain but it gonna play like mad man (glass cannon)
