Arke thank you for being you. You inspire me. 🙏🥰It made me so sad to hear that you didn’t have friends at that time. If I were there, I would certainly have been a friend. I am much older than you are and yet I learn something from you every time I listen to you.
You're such a sweet and beautiful girl. When my daughter was too critical about herself, I also asked her to think that a child she loves (possibly she herself as a 3-4 years old!, or a little sister she loves) making this same "mistake", and asking to notice how she would understand another human in this position. And just gently remind her (and she is 22 now, and if needed, I would still bring it up!, but she seems to remember :) -- she herself brings it up sometimes :) -- I feel I did a good job in teaching her to love herself; by nature, she is a giver) to look at it from a different angle, and forgive. We are human, we all get tired, sometimes extremely tired, and a tired person can be quite sharp and snappy. So ... yes, it's unfortunate, but it is forgivable. You don't have to think of yourself as of a bad person, when, being exhausted, you said something truly nasty. Thank you, beautiful girl, for sharing your journey
Oh i mis you arke. You' ve been my fav since i watch you frm melissa and alex podcast. Thank you arke for everything that you❤ Take care always, love yah
Hello, sweet lady! I cannot tell if my volume is declining on my old iPad or if your voice is as low as it is sweet! ?? Maybe I’ll try my phone! It’s my aging iPad. I hear you very well on my iPhone! Thank you for this beautiful message! I LOVE your bucket list! 😊♥️🙏🏼🙌🏼🌟
Арке, я благодарна вам за каждое ваше сообщение для нас, настолько откликается все то, что вы говорите и всегда вызывает слезы, как будто каждое ваше слово идет прямо в сердце.💓 спасибо за вашу поддержку

Thank you so much. ❤❤❤ I work hard for myself and others and I am proud of my efforts. I am very, thankful for my life, even though it is not perfect. I’ve done so many things in my life, I don’t really have a bucket list any more. I just want more love in my life. That’s all.

Life is not easy and life is not hard ,take it as it comes
Arke, can you please elaborate a bit more on why we should not cut off the contact with the people who hurt us tremendously (and maybe damaged us permanently)? I’m genuinely curious about your perspective. Please.
So...how does one control one’s life when one is disabled at this time at age 60 & cannot work? No family & most friends have moved, not much community, lost my car due to the temporary dementia of coming off a drug labeled as “medicine?” I don’t know how to have control, since I have to keep meeting with healthcare staff. I love it when the weather is good & I can walk to this beautiful park...there I need nothing & I have everything there! Other than that...?? Peace to is all.
Hey arke not sure if you will read this but I really need someone’s advice. I’ve been looking to become a therapist but for a masters degree you need good gpa and my gpa was very low due to circumstances at my home. I’ve watched yours and others previous videos on manifesting what we want especially if it comes from the heart. What should I do if my external reality seems confusing and feels like there’s no tangible option right now. Thanks ❤

There are times when it is necessary to let go of people especially when my peace was involved. And that's okay too. XO
I understand 💜🫂
Yes, to fully let go of people who do not resonate with you is not an escape but an act of self love too.
