Hello Akerke, I have recently started experiencing something like what you described, and I'm 62 years old, so it's never too late folks! I very rarely remember my dreams, but recently I woke up and remembered being very afraid in my dream, and I recognized that I had to overcome that. Then that day I got put into a difficult situation in which I had to make an important, life changing decision. Without going into the details of it, that dream helped me to make my choice by following my heart. So what you talked about here really confirms what I experienced, and you added something more, which was the part about building an affirmation from it and then using it when situations come up. The craziest dream I have ever had occurred when I went to make contact with my sasquatch friends about five years ago. I hadn't made it up to where they live for several months. They came after dark and began vocalizing their joy at my visit. The one I call C.C. began to pump up the volume and they got so loud that it gave me a chill. So, I sent them the message that I experienced a bit of fear. Soon after their short visit, I went into my tent and was lying there awake (I thought) when I felt two, very large, hands wrap around me. The fear welled up in me and I was experiencing sleep paralysis when I heard a voice, "Russell, calm down." It was the strangest sensation to feel the fear drain out of my body through my toes. Then, the one I call Jacque, picked me up and we were facing each other. We communicated telepathically and then at the end of that pleasant exchange I said out loud, "I feel so lucky to have a friend like you." At that, he began whining like a puppy dog and began licking my face. I began laughing out loud and didn't even realize how strange that was until I woke up. When I woke up, three sasquatch were very close singing to me utilizing animal vocals and blending their voices in a gorgeous manner. What is really strange is that I told a lady, who has interaction with the forest people, my dream and much to my surprise, she told me she has a friend who had the same dream. In other words, it was not a dream in the purist sense. It was a visitation. Thank you for your postings. You are a wonderful light being. Much love! ❤

I watched this video 4 days ago, and for the past 3 days, I have been writing my dreams. This is kind of crazy but I am doing it! My official get-up time is 10 am, for some reason I wake up at least 3 times before my alarm goes off (10 am), and the three times I write a new dream. I was expecting one dream per night, but I get at least 3 per day. I even wrote a dream that I do not remember having at all! but I love it because I'm learning the language that I seem to be speaking in that particular dream! it's kind of scary, it's like your mind gets erased once you wake up! This is fascinating! now I need to focus on trying to understand why I get those dreams and how I can use them as "cheat codes". You made a very good point as you said that you got the clear impression that you would work with cameras and your immediate response was like "no, why should it be this way"? This is a typical reaction when we get a message from the outside world and it's not our own thought. I think, "they" want to wake us up by bringing us such strong messages that are so unusual that we remember them and even refuse them, but they become reality, they were predictions of the future. So I think, this is a wake-up-call to let us not only believe, but to let us KNOW, that there is more than we can see and touch in our everyday life. And so, we become aware of the more subtle messages that we get. Like a spontaneous idea. Thinking back, many spontaneous ideas came probably not from ourselves, but from the outside world beyond our physical world. But that does not matter, we can use the ideas as our own ideas, whether we "believe" it or not. But we got the ideas to use them anyway, to bring that into our reality in which we live. And I think but I can't prove it, that when one person cannot make it real, then another person gets this same idea. There even is a song with the phrase "a song that was planted in my head" (I think it's "The Sound of Silence". Now I hear it play for hours in my head - and I like that, I don't need spotify now ;-) Think of it with all this knowledge. Yes, it is very well possible that the person got this song, the core melody, some lyric phrases, from the spiritual world, took notes of it to not forget it and made it into a real song that we all can enjoy... Many song writers tell similar stories, sometimes they wake up with a song in their head... With key parts of the song, with a phrase, with a melody. Even I and I am just interested in music and many other topics, I am not a professional musician in any way. Or engineers sometimes have a spontaneous idea for a clever solution to a problem... We can't prove that some ideas came from the spiritual world. The only possible prove for us ourselves is like you said, you got the idea that you would do something, but you even refused this message - and it came true anyways. I also had the "idea", that something nice would happen, a nice conversation would happen, years back. I woke up with it and refused it that morning like "no, it never was this way, why should it be this way today"? And it was that day like predicted - and I didn't have any influence to make that happen, so I even could not have arranged it unconsciously. That was my personal prove that there is more to life than the things we can see and touch. But of course, I was too young, too shy, I didn't go to the media as I got the "idea", the message of the near future to prove it - and the media by the way could have influenced it. So I got my prove and could not prove it to others. But some people get their own little prove that there is more than just the physical world... It's amazing...

Dreams are so creative that some names you get there are original and don't exist in mister google. I once became more lucid and asked a dream character "what's my purpose?". They became uncomfortable and avoided my question. They don't want to reveal it bluntly, it might be detrimental to my fulfilling it. Regarding meaning of dreams, I tend to "be" with them and feel what they could mean and all I can say somewhere deep is understanding and that is good enough for me.

Whoaaa!! Finally someone else besides me feels this "life" thing like a videogame. I've told people about this and they think I'm crazy for saying life is just like a videogame and tgat lide itself isn't hard at all. I don't find it hard, you make it hard or easy with your decisions. Even if some of your lessons involved tons of drama, including hard core drama. The only thing is I'm not that advanced soul ar Arkie, but I waz suspecting that dreams aren't what we have told. I know somehow that we connect with our real life family. I can tell you I remember people from my "dreams" their names, the sound of their voice, physical features, etc. Heck, I can hear my heart beat, yes I said hear, not feel. At first I was scared, I didn't know what it was and it took me years to discover it was(and still) is my hearr. I asked my family members if they could hear their heart but they can't So they thought and told me I should go see a doctor. No way I'll do that. Anyway, I need to decode those cheat codes. I've been "cheating" on my own though, and that's through my spiritual guide and my higher self. And you all can do it guys, just connect with them, it's about time we all do this.

this is a very interesting take... i love it! as i watch more of your vids, i think i have been able to Lucid dream and Astral travel but never understood what they were. ive always thought they were sort of like wishes that i try not to over use. lol..
And I was taught how to park in between 2 cars by a help of sketch showing angles etc. Now, time to time, I am being shown a new communication language (not from this earth) and symbols..
I learned how to use chopstics in a dream! For real! I woke up and told my college roommate, grabbed the chopsticks and proved it! He was like; "what the heck!" All I can say is dreams are amazing! We can learn so much!
This resonates beautifully with me. I have been recording my dreams since the late 1990’s and they are filled with metaphors that I seem to understand easily. I love that you call them cheat codes! The patterns in my dreams have changed over the years which tell me that I have overcome many issues as time has passed. Still a work in progress but the guidance in my dreams is something to deeply trust. 😌😉
I would like to add that I have worked with my dreams many times and found it quite difficult and sometimes frustrating. After seeing your method I am going to try that as It seems quite a simple way of trying to understand the message, compared to other methods I have tried. I had a dream recently, I was flying over a lake about 2 kilometers up and then freefalling into the lake, it felt like I went pretty far under but I was to scared to look up because if I realised how far down I was I would probably panic and drown so I swam to the top without looking up and was going to do it again, but when I got back up in the sky I thought... let's go higher! but for some reason I couldn't go any higher than about 2 kilometers so I spent the rest of my time trying to go higher until I realised I can stay here getting frustrated or I can explore the world and try again later. Then I came across an amazing fruit tree, the fruit was lumpy and orange kind of like cross between a bunch of grapes and a mango:)

Arke shared a dream about urine and interpreted this as being the need to release toxins, which makes perfect sense - however, Arke then interpreted such 'toxins' as being the need to remove negativity - this, i would say, is purely Arke's interpretation, because, for another person such a 'toxin' could more readily be literally interpreted as being the need to detoxify the body, perhaps (and for another, perhaps much older person, the need to get your dodgy prostrate sorted) ...
Hello Akerke, for the last 3-4 years I have been seeing very much similar dreams, either I am late for school (sometimes it is university), or I am running from the flood. The situations are always different in a dream and people, but they always end up with me trying to leave and not drown in a flood, or I see dreams related to the school (desks, teachers, students). Thank you so much for the guide you shared!! I think the most difficult thing for me is to remember when I wake up so it is really helpful to know which questions can give the remembrance I need. Another difficulty for me is having the time to process everything. Also, something very important you said is that we remember the feeling, I believe that is key to understanding everything because our feelings and emotions have a hidden power we don't seem to fully acknowledge yet. I think that feelings make us more conscious and are like a light in the unknown, they help us question ourselves and understand ourselves. I watched this last night and attempted to request messages from my higher self/subconscious/whatever just before sleep. I had a series of vivid dreams but the last one was the most interesting. there was a girl and she had this long, complex computer code pulled up (I know nothing about code). she deleted this one part but no one noticed except me. the code represented this giant, bottomless vessel of viscous, plasma looking liquid. if you dropped some of your own into it (it reminded me of honey), the system would ping every 15 minutes and summon this woman. somehow that's what the deleted code represented. I don't understand it now but perhaps in time.. thank you for your insights :)
I am sooo thankful to have found you, I have recently started to be more aware of what’s happening in my dreams and actually asked to find someone that would show me something new, not directly I wished to find someone new since I usually listen to the same channels, channelers.. Sometimes I get confused about why I dream things that may be traumatic or horrific. I understand there is a message i just get scared of some of the dreams that I don’t want to remember to even get deep into what it means. Thanks for your video❤️ I understand your videos more then most videos I watch. A lot of folks are wordy and get caught up in what I would call philosophical talk. This stuff should be easy for everyone to understand, not just those who have an extensive vocabulary. Especially when everything in this earth plane was and is made up by someone to include languages. Ahhh, let me stop, I could go on about that.

Well, you can still send that message to your mom. You know, they can "hear" us. Our thoughts and words get to them instantly cause is not like they hear us with their ears. We are energy, frequency, and so they are. That's the reason why they can hear us. I do it from time to time (message my mom). She isn't here anymore either, it's okay, they finished their lessons in this school and need the rest so deserved it. Blessings!
Hi Arke, thank you for your insight! It helps so much. Do you happen to know what it means when you have dreams so lucid that you cannot wake up until you've "completed" them? I've had this for soooo many years now and it affects my ability to wake up on time as I'm still trying to solve my dream. I end up "stuck" in between dream and awake states and have a hard time pulling myself into the awake state. It's like my subconscious refuses to release control to my conscious state. Does anyone else have this or know why this happens? Thanks 🥰

I was more connected to my dreams as a child, and thus they were more vivid and prophetic sometimes. I always dreamed that our gerbils had given birth, the night before it happened, and we didn't even know they were pregnant. Even named one after the name I had given her in my dream. I dreamed of extremely terrifying/powerful beings that I know were real, and I could feel them telepathically. I've connected deeply to people in my dreams that I've never met, and it always feels like we're on a mission together. In one we rapidly traveled from one dimension to the next, kind of like in the new Dr strange, except I was seeing it from my eyes, like the perspective never changed as it often does in dreams. Now as I'm an adult my dreams have become foggy and repetitive, anxious. Keeping a dream journal felt kinda pointless. But if it can help me get back into the more fantastical adventurous dreams I'll definitely try!

Do you listen to Michael Sheridan? I'm not sure if that's a real dream, but it would mean that you have a teaching gift/ability, but to reach its full potential you need to eliminate the influence of a female primary caregiver/guardian being strict on you as a child. Like, maybe you're reluctant to teach bc of a subconscious fear of being too strict or being turned off to teaching because of strict teachers or thinking teachers have to be strict. If this is a real dream, maybe it's an old one because you seem to have overcome that issue since you do teach now!

This seems true...my dad had a dream where he saw a number and cried. Seems random, but my dad knew it was about my granddad, who subsequently passed a year or so after at the age that my dad saw. I had a vague dream which I recalled feeling a departure of someone I was dating back then, and a month later or so I found out she was cheating. Kinda weird in my case, but perhaps it's my higher self or her higher self relaying that imprint onto me

I keep having these reoccurring dreams. I often dream about climbing up in these high places and being unable to get back down. I watched this video 4 days ago, and for the past 3 days, I have been writing my dreams. This is kind of crazy but I am doing it!
My official get-up time is 10 am, for some reason I wake up at least 3 times before my alarm goes off (10 am), and the three times I write a new dream. I was expecting one dream per night, but I get at least 3 per day. I even wrote a dream that I do not remember having at all! but I love it because I'm learning the language that I seem to be speaking in that particular dream! it's kind of scary, it's like your mind gets erased once you wake up!
This is fascinating! now I need to focus on trying to understand why I get those dreams and how I can use them as "cheat codes".

You made a very good point as you said that you got the clear impression that you would work with cameras and your immediate response was like "no, why should it be this way"?
This is a typical reaction when we get a message from the outside world and it's not our own thought.
I think, "they" want to wake us up by bringing us such strong messages that are so unusual that we remember them and even refuse them, but they become reality, they were predictions of the future. So I think, this is a wake-up-call to let us not only believe, but to let us KNOW, that there is more than we can see and touch in our everyday life.
And so, we become aware of the more subtle messages that we get. Like a spontaneous idea. Thinking back, many spontaneous ideas came probably not from ourselves, but from the outside world beyond our physical world. But that does not matter, we can use the ideas as our own ideas, whether we "believe" it or not. But we got the ideas to use them anyway, to bring that into our reality in which we live.
And I think but I can't prove it, that when one person cannot make it real, then another person gets this same idea.
There even is a song with the phrase "a song that was planted in my head" (I think it's "The Sound of Silence". Now I hear it play for hours in my head - and I like that, I don't need spotify now ;-)
Think of it with all this knowledge. Yes, it is very well possible that the person got this song, the core melody, some lyric phrases, from the spiritual world, took notes of it to not forget it and made it into a real song that we all can enjoy...
Many song writers tell similar stories, sometimes they wake up with a song in their head... With key parts of the song, with a phrase, with a melody. Even I and I am just interested in music and many other topics, I am not a professional musician in any way.
Or engineers sometimes have a spontaneous idea for a clever solution to a problem...
We can't prove that some ideas came from the spiritual world.
The only possible prove for us ourselves is like you said, you got the idea that you would do something, but you even refused this message - and it came true anyways.
I also had the "idea", that something nice would happen, a nice conversation would happen, years back. I woke up with it and refused it that morning like "no, it never was this way, why should it be this way today"? And it was that day like predicted - and I didn't have any influence to make that happen, so I even could not have arranged it unconsciously. That was my personal prove that there is more to life than the things we can see and touch. But of course, I was too young, too shy, I didn't go to the media as I got the "idea", the message of the near future to prove it - and the media by the way could have influenced it. So I got my prove and could not prove it to others.
But some people get their own little prove that there is more than just the physical world...

Dreams are so creative that some names you get there are original and don't exist in mister google. I once became more lucid and asked a dream character "what's my purpose?". They became uncomfortable and avoided my question. They don't want to reveal it bluntly, it might be detrimental to my fulfilling it. Regarding meaning of dreams, I tend to "be" with them and feel what they could mean and all I can say somewhere deep is understanding and that is good enough for me.
Dreams are so powerfull ! I tohought everyone could remember their dreams but by talking to other people I noticed not everybody can but I love your messages your soul is pure thank you for your guidance !
Whoaaa!! Finally someone else besides me feels this "life" thing like a videogame.
I've told people about this and they think I'm crazy for saying life is just like a videogame and tgat lide itself isn't hard at all. I don't find it hard, you make it hard or easy with your decisions. Even if some of your lessons involved tons of drama, including hard core drama.
The only thing is I'm not that advanced soul ar Arkie, but I waz suspecting that dreams aren't what we have told. I know somehow that we connect with our real life family. I can tell you I remember people from my "dreams" their names, the sound of their voice, physical features, etc.
Heck, I can hear my heart beat, yes I said hear, not feel.
At first I was scared, I didn't know what it was and it took me years to discover it was(and still) is my hearr. I asked my family members if they could hear their heart but they can't So they thought and told me I should go see a doctor. No way I'll do that. Anyway, I need to decode those cheat codes.
I've been "cheating" on my own though, and that's through my spiritual guide and my higher self. And you all can do it guys, just connect with them, it's about time we all do this.

This resonates beautifully with me. I have been recording my dreams since the late 1990’s and they are filled with metaphors that I seem to understand easily. I love that you call them cheat codes! The patterns in my dreams have changed over the years which tell me that I have overcome many issues as time has passed. Still a work in progress but the guidance in my dreams is something to deeply trust. 😌😉

I would like to add that I have worked with my dreams many times and found it quite difficult and sometimes frustrating. After seeing your method I am going to try that as It seems quite a simple way of trying to understand the message, compared to other methods I have tried. I had a dream recently, I was flying over a lake about 2 kilometers up and then freefalling into the lake, it felt like I went pretty far under but I was to scared to look up because if I realised how far down I was I would probably panic and drown so I swam to the top without looking up and was going to do it again, but when I got back up in the sky I thought... let's go higher! but for some reason I couldn't go any higher than about 2 kilometers so I spent the rest of my time trying to go higher until I realised I can stay here getting frustrated or I can explore the world and try again later. Then I came across an amazing fruit tree, the fruit was lumpy and orange kind of like cross between a bunch of grapes and a mango:)

Arke shared a dream about urine and interpreted this as being the need to release toxins, which makes perfect sense - however, Arke then interpreted such 'toxins' as being the need to remove negativity - this, i would say, is purely Arke's interpretation, because, for another person such a 'toxin' could more readily be literally interpreted as being the need to detoxify the body, perhaps (and for another, perhaps much older person, the need to get your dodgy prostrate sorted) ...

Hello Akerke, for the last 3-4 years I have been seeing very much similar dreams, either I am late for school (sometimes it is university), or I am running from the flood. The situations are always different in a dream and people, but they always end up with me trying to leave and not drown in a flood, or I see dreams related to the school (desks, teachers, students).

Thank you so much for the guide you shared!! I think the most difficult thing for me is to remember when I wake up so it is really helpful to know which questions can give the remembrance I need. Another difficulty for me is having the time to process everything. Also, something very important you said is that we remember the feeling, I believe that is key to understanding everything because our feelings and emotions have a hidden power we don't seem to fully acknowledge yet. I watched this last night and attempted to request messages from my higher self/subconscious/whatever just before sleep. I had a series of vivid dreams but the last one was the most interesting. there was a girl and she had this long, complex computer code pulled up (I know nothing about code). she deleted this one part but no one noticed except me. the code represented this giant, bottomless vessel of viscous, plasma looking liquid. if you dropped some of your own into it (it reminded me of honey), the system would ping every 15 minutes and summon this woman. somehow that's what the deleted code represented. I don't understand it now but perhaps in time.. thank you for your insights :)

Sometimes I get confused about why I dream things that may be traumatic or horrific. I understand there is a message i just get scared of some of the dreams that I don’t want to remember to even get deep into what it means. Thanks for your video❤️ I understand your videos more then most videos I watch. A lot of folks are wordy and get caught up in what I would call philosophical talk. This stuff should be easy for everyone to understand, not just those who have an extensive vocabulary. Absolutely agree with you about the power of dreams. I myself have had precognitive dreams, shared or telepathic dreams, and dream visitations from deceased relatives/guides which provided verifiable information.

Or how to send a message to your mum at that reality when in fact she doesn't live at this reality anymore ? 😔
Well, you can still send that message to your mom. You know, they can "hear" us. Our thoughts and words get to them instantly cause is not like they hear us with their ears.
We are energy, frequency, and so they are. That's the reason why they can hear us. I do it from time to time (message my mom). She isn't here anymore either, it's okay, they finished their lessons in this school and need the rest so deserved it.

Hi Arke, thank you for your insight! It helps so much. Do you happen to know what it means when you have dreams so lucid that you cannot wake up until you've "completed" them? I've had this for soooo many years now and it affects my ability to wake up on time as I'm still trying to solve my dream. I end up "stuck" in between dream and awake states and have a hard time pulling myself into the awake state. It's like my subconscious refuses to release control to my conscious state. Does anyone else have this or know why this happens? Thanks 🥰

I was more connected to my dreams as a child, and thus they were more vivid and prophetic sometimes. I always dreamed that our gerbils had given birth, the night before it happened, and we didn't even know they were pregnant. Even named one after the name I had given her in my dream. I dreamed of extremely terrifying/powerful beings that I know were real, and I could feel them telepathically. I've connected deeply to people in my dreams that I've never met, and it always feels like we're on a mission together. In one we rapidly traveled from one dimension to the next, kind of like in the new Dr strange, except I was seeing it from my eyes, like the perspective never changed as it often does in dreams. Now as I'm an adult my dreams have become foggy and repetitive, anxious. Keeping a dream journal felt kinda pointless. But if it can help me get back into the more fantastical adventurous dreams I'll definitely try!

Do you listen to Michael Sheridan? I'm not sure if that's a real dream, but it would mean that you have a teaching gift/ability, but to reach its full potential you need to eliminate the influence of a female primary caregiver/guardian being strict on you as a child. Like, maybe you're reluctant to teach bc of a subconscious fear of being too strict or being turned off to teaching because of strict teachers or thinking teachers have to be strict. If this is a real dream, maybe it's an old one because you seem to have overcome that issue since you do teach now!

This seems true...my dad had a dream where he saw a number and cried. Seems random, but my dad knew it was about my granddad, who subsequently passed a year or so after at the age that my dad saw.
I had a vague dream which I recalled feeling a departure of someone I was dating back then, and a month later or so I found out she was cheating. Kinda weird in my case, but perhaps it's my higher self or her higher self relaying that imprint onto me

I keep having these reoccurring dreams. I often dream about climbing up in these high places and being unable to get back down.
