If you're in Puerto Vallarta, most people probably don’t know about San Sebastián del Oeste, but it’s such a hidden gem! It used to be a hassle to get there - you'd have to take a tiny 14-passenger Cessna caravan plane! Now, though, you can easily drive or hop on an excursion tour group. This little mountain town has so much charm, with its cobblestone streets, coffee plantations, silver mine and so much history. If you're looking to get away from the beach crowds and explore something truly special, this place is definitely worth the trip! Doña Maria that was the owner of the coffee plantation (sadly passed away now) had 21 children! One of her son´s Rafael still operates it with his wife today.

Back in 2006 my first time in Cancun I visited a small zoo called crococun, best experience ever! We were the only ones, a nice guy gave us a tour, walked in the crocodile area and I was able to hold one bucket list check ✅- and many other critters
It's been my dream to visit cancun! My brother is there he has been sending me pictures and it looks so nice! I even feel like I'm there I hope that someday I get to go to that amazing city in 🇲🇽 Also thank you so much for showing us intersting things to do in cancun!

We spent a full week in Cancun only, the trips outside of Cancun were on various occassions as we've been to the Yucatan multiple times and for 2 months last year! We'd say 5 days is enough in the city only, but with the extra trips around 7 is better!

We stayed at Secrets Maroma, in Playa del Carmen and it was probably the best resort experience we’ve ever had. Then we stayed in Le Blanc Resort in Cancun and that was probably the best All Inclusive experience we’ve ever had. Both had amazing beaches too

De meeste toeristische attracties / plekken hebben een beveiligde parkeerplek en je kan gemakkelijk je spullen in de koffer achterlaten. Veel plezier in Mexico! 😊
It was when we were there. Not everywhere because Cancun has the international airport so there are many restrictions around that zone. Some of this drone footage is actually stock because we weren't allowed to fly it. However, you're not allowed to fly it anymore if you're not a Mexican citizen or have a Mexican friend who can fly it for you... here is an article with the rules: www.droneblog.com/cancun

Hard to say! June is in the rainy season, also the second rainiest month in Cancun, so the closer you can visit to July, the better. However, there’s always some chance of rain in the tropics. So could be sunny and warm or rainy and overcast... you never know!

We always search for flights via Skyscanner. It compares different flights via different websites. Then we book with the cheapest but reliable option for the flight suggested on Skyscanner. For hotels, we check deals on Booking.com. There’s a wide range of hotels on the platform with lots of reviews. So it makes it easiest to find a hotel that suits preferences. ☺️👍

We didn’t do an all-inclusive there so can’t help on that end! But there are many reputable hotels in the hotel zone of cancun, like the RIU, Hyat and Paradisus

You definitely can but the statues are a bit far away! If the visibility is good you’ll be fine though! But it’s not like you’re swimming right next to them.
Yes there are many nice ones actually! We did some shopping at Plaza Las Americas, which is a great one in downtown Cancun. There's also Las Plazas Outlet, an outlet mall. The hotel zone has smaller ones, like Plaza Caracol, Kukulcan Plaza, and Puerto Cancun Marina Town Center.

We use a go pro hero 10 and canon Eos 80d for our adventures! Also, we have a DJI Mini 2 drone 😄 go pro is definitely a must for the water activities as you can swim with it and it’s small to take with you
We went during February-March and stayed for 10 days in Cancun (but 2 months total around the area). There's a lot of other cool places to visit outside of Cancun, both cheaper and less crowded with tourists...
Early September isn’t the ideal time to go because it’s hurricane season indeed! Really depend on the year (2 years ago there was quite some damage but last year wasn’t so bad at all). Nevertheless, expect some heavy rains (sometimes just lasts an hour or so!)
Well that really depends! Hotels in the hotel zone can be expensive (like a few 100$ per night), but if you stay in the downtown area it can be a lot cheaper (about 30-50$ per night can get you a nice room). You can get pesos out of the ATM! There’s tons of them in Cancún. Definitely better to have pesos cause with dollars they might overcharge you. Credit cards work in many places around cancun but not everywhere and also for taxis / buses you’ll need cash
It's not that easy, it's a bit of an adventure let's say as the bus options are limited and leave from downtown Cancun only. Alternatively, you could go by taxi which would make it a lot easier. We just walked all around it, but it isn't very developed yet

Some of this drone footage is actually stock because we weren't allowed to fly it. Hard to say! June is in the rainy season, also the second rainiest month in Cancun, so the closer you can visit to July, the better. However, there’s always some chance of rain in the tropics. So could be sunny and warm or rainy and overcast... you never know!

We always search for flights via Skyscanner. It compares different flights via different websites. Then we book with the cheapest but reliable option for the flight suggested on Skyscanner. For hotels, we check deals on Booking.com. There’s a wide range of hotels on the platform with lots of reviews. So it makes it easiest to find a hotel that suits preferences. ☺️👍

We didn’t do an all-inclusive there so can’t help on that end! But there are many reputable hotels in the hotel zone of cancun, like the RIU, Hyat and Paradisus

You definitely can but the statues are a bit far away! If the visibility is good you’ll be fine though! But it’s not like you’re swimming right next to them.

Yes there are many nice ones actually! We did some shopping at Plaza Las Americas, which is a great one in downtown Cancun. There's also Las Plazas Outlet, an outlet mall. The hotel zone has smaller ones, like Plaza Caracol, Kukulcan Plaza, and Puerto Cancun Marina Town Center.

We use a go pro hero 10 and canon Eos 80d for our adventures! Also, we have a DJI Mini 2 drone 😄 go pro is definitely a must for the water activities as you can swim with it and it’s small to take with you

We went during February-March and stayed for 10 days in Cancun (but 2 months total around the area). There's a lot of other cool places to visit outside of Cancun, both cheaper and less crowded with tourists...

Early September isn’t the ideal time to go because it’s hurricane season indeed! Really depend on the year (2 years ago there was quite some damage but last year wasn’t so bad at all). Nevertheless, expect some heavy rains (sometimes just lasts an hour or so!)

How much it cost for 5 days out there?
Well that really depends! Hotels in the hotel zone can be expensive (like a few 100$ per night), but if you stay in the downtown area it can be a lot cheaper (about 30-50$ per night can get you a nice room). You can get pesos out of the ATM! There’s tons of them in Cancún. Definitely better to have pesos cause with dollars they might overcharge you. Credit cards work in many places around cancun but not everywhere and also for taxis / buses you’ll need cash

It's not that easy, it's a bit of an adventure let's say as the bus options are limited and leave from downtown Cancun only. Alternatively, you could go by taxi which would make it a lot easier. We just walked all around it, but it isn't very developed yet
