I went to Cancun, but stayed way out of town at a 5 star resort. The guard told me it was perfectly safe for me to walk the mile alone on the beach before I came to the next resort. I did so and came along amazing driftwood just beautiful jungle behind me and amazing Bluewater as far as I could see.
Also Heidi yelling at Adam to watch out when he’s driving! 🤣🤣 so funny. Adam I cringed with the fish eyes I was yelling at the screen for you to stop 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Haha I was like “what the hell!” Even though I was paying attention either haha 😂 and yes I know I turned my head away even when I was filming when he did that - yucky!!

Cancun area is such a great place you've got me beat I've been there 14 times next week will be 15 I started going to Cancun area in 1985 talkin about different tulum & Playa del Carman were so small My first time I stayed in Chemuyil on the beach in a tent for $2 a day there was a restaurant where I could get food and use the bathroom & shower I stayed 14 days

Please save your teeth and dont go to Sani. So many Great Dentist in Mexico. I spent 18,000. With them. It will cost me about 21,000 to fix the dammage they did. They are terrible.

We spent 7 days in Cancun before heading to Isla Mujeres for 4 days. Thank you so much for recommending the Jungle boat tour, it was Epic! Also, we really loved the Restaurant Rio Nizuc & our waiter even drove us back to our hotel! By the way, found a great restaurant on the lagoon near the Westin called Navios! Highly recommended 👌 Thanks again for all that you do and share!

Thanks to you guys advice. For my birthday I went to Cancun for the first time over a week ago. It was last minute. I stayed downtown canucun. Hotel xbalamanque was amazing. and the fact I spoke Spanish the ppls faces lit up with amazement. The best part I am planning to go back next month for a week.

Absolutely! You never know until you experience it yourself. We’ve also heard so many times while traveling to not go places because they are so “touristy” - but I realized that those places are busy for a reason, there’s got to be something cool about them- so we always go and check them out ourselves. I value people’s opinions but they don’t know what we will like and dislike, so you have to always experience things for yourself!

My sister in law and her husband own a fly fishing lodge outside of Xacalak near Mahuhal called Costa de Cocos. It’s very remote and beautiful. I’d love to see you explore Belize; a real favorite place of ours and I know how much you both love diving. Lots of out of the way places to go near Chetumal. I visited Cancun many years ago. Stayed in one of the resorts in the hotel zone. They told us that it was unsafe outside, with drugs and stuff, and so we never stepped outside. I see all that we missed in the downtown area, the local fish restaurant at the end of the beach, the nightlife area (not sure if it existed when I visited there). I'll definitely visit these areas and stay in the downtown area next time I visit Cancun.
Hi Anol! Yes I’m. It sure why they say that. To keep you in the resort spending money maybe? It can be dangerous for sure, just like any big city they have their fair share of problems. You just need to be safe and don’t go looking for trouble. We’ve been in that area for more than a month and have had nothing but a positive experience! We hope you can go back and see all it’s beauty!

We stayed at krystal grand a few years ago and did the same snorkeling tour, those boats are fun. We're going back July 17th. Can't wait, this time we are staying little longer to experience more cancun and the riviera maya.

We spent 7 days in Cancun before heading to Isla Mujeres for 4 days. Thank you so much for recommending the Jungle boat tour, it was Epic! Also, we really loved the Restaurant Rio Nizuc & our waiter even drove us back to our hotel! By the way, found a great restaurant on the lagoon near the Westin called Navios! Highly recommended 👌 Thanks again for all that you do and share!

Thanks to you guys advice. For my birthday I went to Cancun for the first time over a week ago. It was last minute. I stayed downtown canucun. Hotel xbalamanque was amazing. and the fact I spoke Spanish the ppls faces lit up with amazement. The best part I am planning to go back next month for a week.

Absolutely! You never know until you experience it yourself. We’ve also heard so many times while traveling to not go places because they are so “touristy” - but I realized that those places are busy for a reason, there’s got to be something cool about them- so we always go and check them out ourselves. I value people’s opinions but they don’t know what we will like and dislike, so you have to always experience things for yourself!
Just wanted to thank you @The Country Collectors for helping my husband and I get around Cancun. We just returned from our first trip there and I followed many of your recommendations! The Jungle Tour was the best! I was disappointed with all the sea weed though.
Aw! It's our pleasure! That makes us feel so good. The jungle tour was such a blast, glad you enjoyed it! Oh man, I know - the seaweed is so bad right now. When we were in Cancun it was just starting so we didn't know about it. We just left Playa del Carmen and it was over our heads in some spots. Now we know the next time we want to take a beach vacation not to come between June and August. Have a great day! 💕

SO, SO wonderful to see you back in Mexico! You two are the best! I LOVED your Oaxaca vlogs! I go there every year and will be returning in December for an extended stay. Can hardly wait! You kept me going when I didn’t travel during Covid. I don’t know where you have been in Quintana Roo or the Yucatán but I think you have been there before? My sister in law and her husband own a fly fishing lodge outside of Xacalak near Mahuhal called Costa de Cocos. It’s very remote and beautiful. I’d love to see you explore Belize; a real favorite place of ours and I know how much you both love diving. Lots of out of the way places to go near Chetumal. Calakmul is amazing and Campeche is wonderful! How long will you be in this area? I hope for an extended stay. Love to follow you. Sending you both warm saludos and again, so happy you are back. This vlog was great and interesting, as I never spend time in Cancun; so much else to explore but you’re making the best of it! Thanks you two...

I visited Cancun many years ago. Stayed in one of the resorts in the hotel zone. They told us that it was unsafe outside, with drugs and stuff, and so we never stepped outside. I see all that we missed in the downtown area, the local fish restaurant at the end of the beach, the nightlife area (not sure if it existed when I visited there). I'll definitely visit these areas and stay in the downtown area next time I visit Cancun.
Hi Anol! Yes I’m. It sure why they say that. To keep you in the resort spending money maybe? It can be dangerous for sure, just like any big city they have their fair share of problems. You just need to be safe and don’t go looking for trouble. We’ve been in that area for more than a month and have had nothing but a positive experience! We hope you can go back and see all it’s beauty!

We stayed at krystal grand a few years ago and did the same snorkeling tour, those boats are fun.
