Touting Romania is a great place the law can’t get you there and then have all kinds of legal issues there. Hate to say it but if he was in the US he wouldn’t be in jail and his attorney would be able to subpoena evidence for their defense. But he wanted to live in a cheap Eastern European country. This case and charges date back to April 2022. Yet their hasn’t been ANY evidence to criminally charge Andrew and Tristan Tate formally and legally in court….keep in mind this case is almost approaching a year and during this long timeline the Police and other legal authorities/agencies practically took all his computers and devices, raided his home twice, and seized his cars and couldn’t find a SINGLE piece of evidence to criminally charge them of ANY crime. Furthermore, ALL the supposed “victims” came out publicly (on social media) and debunked the allegations and claims made against Andrew and Tristan Tate. This man is INNOCENT and it’s now becoming a case of Human Rights Violations. You can’t jail an individual in solitary confinement preventing him from seeing his new born child (3 weeks now) and not have a fair amount of time with his legal team. If anything this is a clear display of the unjust treatment and abuse of power in the Court System and in the CORRUPT Judiciary and Legislative branches of Government in Romania!!!!
