    Hi! My turbo on XC90 2.5T rumbles after starting. After warming up everything is ok. I'll probably change the turbo. This video helps me a lot, thank you!

    I see that you have an IPD TCV. How much improvement did you have and would it be ok on a stock car? I am considering a do88 intercooler to help the extreme summer temps and also the IPD TCV since it is not much more than a Pierburg TCV.

      Works like stock but I haven’t tuned the car yet. It is a great replacement or upgrade. The intercooler is smart if your upping the power. I do have the DO88 radiator and it works perfectly, maybe to well.

      Stay away from Mac valves, any tuner that is worth his salt will require you to use nothing but OEM Piersburg

    I have a 2005 Volvo S60R, and I'm trying to take the turbo out as well.. I'm literally getting my ass whipped by that one turbo exhaust nut that was mentioned in this video to be the hardest! I can't get to that nut for the life of me!! Please help!

      @@Driven-uk8ib bro..I literally watched your video twice, and finally got the turbo out. Now I gotta find out where to get the little washers and little gaskets that come off the coolant and oil hoses

      Try FCP euro or IPD. Those guys will have gasket kits. Or if you have a volvo dealer near you they will have that stuff on hand. All else fails advance auto parts is partnered with WORLDPAC which carries tons of European car parts!

    do you have an upgraded engine oil cooler?

    • @Driven-uk8ib
      @Driven-uk8ib  3 года назад

      I do not but the stock one does well for most driving as long as you have OE splash shield on to direct air. Never thought to upgrade it. Might be something to look into.

      I only say cuz i recently bought one waiting to install soon. Dont have the oe splash guard. Bought it without one. Might gotta buy one but ipds is like 200
