Hey what did you do with your map sensor? I tried to put a 3 bar map sensor but wasn’t running properly .
@@antoniospsyris1975 with the 12mm pump its deleted theres no map sensor. Really mabie the map sensor is not working properly try a fuel cut defender with the standard sensor
Yeah engine light came in aswell. How much did the mechanical pump costed all up?

I you want to do the pump on the cheap you can get a manual injector pump from a Mitsubishi 4M40T engine that was in a lot of vehicles, mainly old Delica's and it bolts straight in and be found with brackets and linkages on the pump. Handy if you do a lot of water crossings, as you can throw the ECU and components away.

I've watched a fair manual pump conversions in last few years and yours trumps hands down. I'm looking to get a throttle linkage you mentioned. I'm from New Zealand and looking at ordering from your side if I know where to get it. Cheers man great stuff!

I need help with my 1kz it over fuel badly and theres no throttle respons .if i start it will rev full and have to switch it off .the fuel runs out of the exhaust. It fluds badly did the injectors and pump.Please help me
Could b the spill valve that controls the fuel delivery on the back of the pump

I know the standard fuel pump can handle pure waste veg oil. I was just wondering, with the upgraded fuel pump do I have to go back to diesel?

Australia jh hilux you can find on Facebook
160hp you can get that safety with a standard pump just unichip and a hiflow and intercooler
But you cant beat a mechanical pump.... all good tho my intentions are to build the engine at a later date and aim for the 200hp
Sorry mate I wasn't trying to sound negative i am ordering my hiflow soon so I will let you know how I go with my unichip top mount intercooler and hiflow turbo
