I like Recuerdos de alhambra, I find it a way to exit this world. Very few people understand emotions in music. The look on her face when she plays shows how her emotions have grown with music.
I’ve been following this lady for several years and am convinced her interpretations are the best, no matter what the piece. I’ve briefly tried this piece. There are several issues, first and foremost being the balance between I-M-A. This piece is all about balancing the melody of P and the tremolo. This one is the ultimate duck paddling on the pond. Lots of action underneath, and years of practice.
A huge overstatement. This version has several problems. First is the nail clicking which I find distracting. Secondly the tremolo is much too loud- I should accompany the melody, not overpower it. Any of the old school guitarists play this piece much better than than this.
@@MethenySco Could be compression on the audio. Probably sounded different in the room. Also, criticizing other musicians is the lowest of the low, IMHO. And knocking someone down because they're not the greatest of all time is just dumb. Don't you have anything better to do with your time?

Work of a master composer to create, and of a master player to interpret, hats off to both Tárrega and you! The Beethoven and Paganini of classical guitar.
