Should you do max hangs for your climbing?

    rad, thanks for reviewing the original paper! I started doing max hangs again as rehab for a finger and continued after because of how well recruited my upper body chain feels for following sessions. I'm now running into a plateau more due to shoulder strength and was thinking of splitting max hangs into ground pulls and weighted bar pull ups. does that seem right and would you run those in the same session/frequency?

      Good questions, couple of questions back at ya before I give any advice!
      1. How much weight are you hanging with in terms of bodyweight? (ex: hanging with +50% BW, etc.)
      2. When you say ground pulls, would you still be doing the 7-10s time frame or do you mean the short pick ups off the ground?
