As a former Air Force Typhoon Buster on the island of Guam I have this to say...Mother Nature has been around longer than humans and if you live in this area you know how much you can lose on the roll of the dice. Be as prepared as you can get and hope for the best. Check your seat belts, we're all in for a bumpy ride this season.
