Sadly someone desperate to get rid of a motorcycle like that raises a lot of red flags in my mind, I probably would have walked away and not looked back.
no fuel pump prime so check the pump with a multimeter for power, check for spark and compression test then once you get it running check the radiator through the cap for hydrocarbons to check head gasket. If the engine was blown it likely would not crank.
Before attempting another start drain that oil and make sure there is no water or coolant in the oil. Last thing you want is steam pressure building up, bad things will happen. Other than that I would say minimum the head gaskets should be replaced but I would do a complete rebuild or swap. Might be able to find a shop that'll give you a trade in on the engine if you're buying a rebuilt one from them.
I would never have anyone, buyer or seller have access to my garage & inspect your hard earned assets while in there. As they could easily come back at a latter date & relive you of them. Especially sketchy dudes like that. Protect your property dude, cheers for upload. 😊🍻

A liter bike for $2,200 with a blown engine really isn't a terrible deal. You can find used engines for under $2k and fairing kits are usually $600-800. But a good liter bike is worth at least $6500.

It’s that bank sensor in the front. You have to either jump the wire or get a new one and it will turn over. I had the same problem in my 07 cbr 1000rr. Fixed that and it was good.
I think it's not going to be something serious after all. I would start by applying the Fittipaldi protocol which consists of checking the spark plugs, the air filter and the injection. It has to start immediately if you follow those steps

Yeah I've thought that several times but also realize the already cranked it up after he "repaired" it. Best way to tell if there's mechanical damage right now is just to fire it up and see
head gasket is gone. remove fuel tank check fuel tank cables if they are getting power when you turn the key on. changing head gasket is not that bad if you feel like changing it on your own and it will actually be nice content for your channel. About the stand senson when the bike is on neutral it should start anyways , there is a possibility that it needs clutch to engage for it to start but i doubt it. For the most honda bikes i know when you turn the key on you actually listen the pump prime noise. You should also check spark and compresion if you just want to start it. Most bike's will not start then the kickstand it's down! Maybe what simple 🤔🤔 try to flip up the kickstand 😊😊

Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes it eats you. Hopefully you still do ok even if the engine is toast.
Spray the intake with starting fluid and see if it tries to run for a second then you'll know if it's just a pump or something real quick.
