@@benchoflemons398 um yeah most of these bars are marketed as meal replacements. They're the only ones that would qualify calorically. If you're eating a bar with that much nutrients... its generally not as a snack. If you want a snack eat a luna bar
Your claims about the Perfect Bar are incorrect. The sugars do not all come from “natural sources”, each Perfect Bar has at least 10 grams of ADDED sugars in them. You also don’t seem to address the added sugars bs in the Kind bars, as well as the 88 acres bars which have brown rice syrup in them... another processed crap sweetener. You have mostly given us “glorified candy bars” as you like to call them. Please do a better job at relaying accurate info to your viewers.
She missed my favorite bar. 190 cal. 22gm carbs, 15 gm fiber, 1g sugar and 21g. Protein - so great meal replacement. Most of her bars are high in fat. This one has 7g and 2.5 sat. fat. It is gluten-free and no artificial flavors. It does have stevia, milk and cashews. It is the Kirkland protein bars from Costco. I pair it up with a piece of fruit or a handful of carrots.
If your gonna eat a protein bar then your better off eating a quest bar. There bars range from 180 calories to only 200 and all of them have 20 grams of protein with 15 to 18 grams of fiber depending which one your are gonna get. Protein bars are already like candy so might as well eat something that has protein, not pumpkin seeds that only have 10 grams and high in fats(healthy fats though). Your better off eating from your kitchen or eat real FOOD NOT BARS!
She just had to say Whole Foods. Every non-white comedian ever; "When you shop at WholeFoods that's when you know you've made it. When the sales clerk names have changed from Jose to Noah. That's when you know you're a Whole Foods shopper. Thats when you know you've made it!" Me living in Portland, Or; "Yes, yes yes! It's so true. Facts, facts facts!!! 🙌🏿😂🙌🏿😂
It's frustrating that I see "the fewer ingredients, the better" coming from a dietitian. Just because most people can't pronounce it doesn't mean it's bad for you. Emulsifiers, preservatives, and added vitamins/minerals are added to create nutritious products with an extended shelf life.
SUGAR SUGAR AND MORE SUGAR with nuts. Nothing healthy about this. Make your own at home for much less using monk fruit. This product and success is a great example of branding only. Not high quality.
Less protein is better than bars filled with artificial crap and added sugars. You shouldn’t be solely relying on protein bars for your protein intake anyway. They’re only meant to be an addition to your protein sources, not a replacement.
At least 30g of carbs? What? That’s awful advice. Carbs / sugar are very bad for you. And her presentation style and random jokes are cheesy and absolutely annoying.
6g of protein in a 200 calorie bar, that's not a protein bar...
Exactly! We're looking for at least 21 grams of protein and low carb and sugar!
I was really looking for someone to validate my perfect bar addiction! Thank you so much Tracey!!!
I've never felt more satisfied from a bar than when I eat a Perfect bar. They are so great.

Lol! best comment 😂
@@aubrienader6049 some people’s caloric needs are greater than others. A perfect bar can truly be just a snack for those individuals
These bars are like 20,000$ for a pack of 4
Bwhahaha
Lmao 😂

Have y’all tried Lara bars? I think they fit Tracy’s list of what to look for too!
Yes, and now I love the new Lupii bars even more because they are clean + protein. Check them out!!!
And plus it uses dates as a natural sweeteners

What flavor is best
yeah but for example the perfect bar has healthy fats, peanut butter, milk, rice, egg powder, nuts, honey etc.
paleovalley bars, tons of ingredients but all seem good to me, organic tapioca root, organic caswhew butter, 100% gras fed bone broth protein (10 g) organic date paste, cashew flour, pumpkin seeds, dried apples, sunflower lecithin , cinnamon bark, kale leaf, broccoli head, spinach, aceorla fruit, blueberry fruit, spiraling, ginger root, turmeric root, Himalayan salt, monkfruit, rosemary leaf 180 calories, 0 added sugars, 13 gm fiber
pricey but delish
Thoughts on the RX bar?
The thing is, almost all of those bars have natural flavors. Am I wrong?
Try Aldi versions of these!!

Good god! 30 carbs in one sitting in one bar! I might eat that in a whole day what are you people eating all day?
GoMacro bars taste so good that you can easily turn this into dessert cake by placing into the microwave

This advice is good for all food honestly . great video
This would have been a better video without all that crazy background noise, just saying!🤗
#WellGoodSquad!!🙋🏾♀️❤ Made my lists. ✔✔
IQ bars are good too!
Be kind bars♥️♥️♥️
My favorite protein bars made the list the kind bars. Those are my weakness I love them.
Me too! I love them, I just tried the kind frozen bars and well…..
IM IN LOVE
Bobby Parrish has a vid on protein bars, watch it.
THINKTHATIMKOBE can’t find it
Her puns are ridiculous 😂

What kind of a name is You Versus Food 😀
I love the GoMacro bars!
She sounds like she’s 8 😂 she’s pretty 😍
False advertisement
Kind bars are packed with added sugars and junk ingredients 😐
Quest is the GOAT

You sound exactly like one of my friends ;P
I’d rather eat a sock than most of these bars. RX Bars?! Gross! If it has 20g protein eat it, if not, trash it!

Yikes these bars have terrible mscros

I wouldn’t recommend any of these bars to anyone LOL
She is very cringey
