So important considering that your gut microbiome impacts everything from your immune system to your skin to your brain function to your digestion, and even your mood and mental health!! 👊✨
I tend to be skeptical of anyone (or study) demonizing red meat. They're often cherry-picked and I've yet to hear of one where they separate those who are eating proper meat with only GOOD stuff on it (like herbs and such) vs. those who eat it with sauces and other things that contain all sorts of strange chemicals and such... and those who just have regular meat vs. those who consume highly processed meat products (like various sausages and such). I bet we'd get different results between them and it would make a huge difference. I function WAAAAAAAAY better with beef in my system than when I go long periods of time without it. If you check out "The China Study", it's clear the guy pushing it engaged in cherry-picking of data and the study/book has been debunked at various levels. That said, what your meat animals are fed can make a difference and how they're raised can make a difference, so being selective on that level can be beneficial.
I’m confused. Most professionals advise us people with IBS to avoid certain fruits like ripe bananas or vegetables and to introduce more meat in our regimes.
He is talking about keto diet mainly meat and certain fruits that are low in carbs and starches.... It's not good though they deplete certain vitamins try wholesome diet but listen to your gut first😀 not to your nutritionist
I caught your video that was attached to an article online and I was like who IS this girl?!? She's too adorable! Yes, I will be following you... I a healthy way! hahahaha!
I think she's just speaking generally, you can't obviously apply all she says if you have an intolerance of some kind. Do what you think is right and check with your gut.
The world needs more vague generalities about things that help stuff get "better". Clearly ten servings of rye bread per day and ten servings of sourdough bread per day will eliminate disease and aging from planet Earth forever.
Seriously? Red meat? People are doing carnivore diet are showing amazing benefits. even some people who were Vegan switched to it. What explanation can you give for that to happen?.
A carnivore diet is literally just straight stupid and delusional. We are not carnivores. Unless you’re an Eskimo whose DNA evolved to eat mostly meet due to the environment, a carnivore diet is unhealthy, dangerous, and lacking many of the nutrients you require, fiber being just one of many.

When using chia seeds do we just throw them in say, a smoothie? Or do they have to be ground in a grinder first?
TIA
Grind them up or put them into a smoothie before blending
You are amazing, perfect information
Is the viome kit and testing available in ny?

Never trust a nutritionist who recommends you to have more meat.

You should find your gut transit time before anything, try eating food the right order, it will make a huge difference in your digestive system.
@@thefoodclinic329 How do you know what the right order is?
she might be the most sharply dressed dietician ever to exist
The vegetarians do not need any more ammo. Love this series tho lol
Great info - thanks! But could you maybe go easy on the muzak, it just distracts from your message.

That's the first time I've heard about this. Can you share the references?
Not all vegans switch to it. It can cause colon cancer not eating enough vegetables and fruit.
even if some of these people manage to look good on the outside, trust and believe that their arteries are screaming on the inside.
