New York is much more beautiful than London at night, but during the day you can tell London seems to have a better quality of life (less poverty), to judge by the looks of it.
New York probably has the most beautiful skyline in the world, even without the tallest skyscrapers in the world, it has more than just height, everything in New York is world famous (streets, landmarks, statues, buildings, plazas, neighborhoods, etc.)
I lived in NY for 8 years and can confirm it's stunning. But the devils is in the details. I used to love classic NY (with the World Trade Center twin towers), even better than the modern NY.
The fund management company is incorporated in New York. There are institutional investors as major shareholder. I am a shareholder as well. Others want to participate, it is unfortunate that it has been closed. Thanks.
