I have always just split mine! I have mostly birds nest style so splitting them has always been my go to, if I was to do the leaf one would they be straight up and down or also birds nest?
But the problem is although I was able to propagate some leaf cuttings of snake plant, but after it reached a height of 2/3 inch, it died due to root rot. I was propagating in cocopeat and Vermicompost mix soil. So any suggestions about watering these snake plants. I have used that finger inserting in the soil method, but not successful
I like dividing the off shoots best! Thank you for the tips!
Thanks it will help me to grow from cuttings very easily 👍👍
Thank you so much for sharing. I have only used the water method, with great success. I am going to try the direct to soil method next. Thanks again😊

Wow! Immediately subscribe after watching your detailed video, learned a lot! Thank you Gardening Upbeat😮🌳🌹
So only second method (shoot separation) generates varigated style ?
That's correct!
Best vdo dada
Thank you So so much :-)
It would be great to see a video from you on all the flowering plants we can grow in partial to full shade for balcony gardeners with limited sunlight

Dear brother, I really appreciate the comparison of different approaches. Another super video!
Bravo! Thank you.
Can we use construction sand instead of cocopeat and vermicompost mixture?
Sure, we can use construction sand instead of Cocopeat! Please use Sand + Vermicompost, thank you :-)
It's very use 'ful
Thanks a lot 🙂
How many days after we give water to cutting of snake plant?
Why do the new plants from cuttings loose varigations.
Because, that's not the right way to clone a plant!
Nice post
What if I cut the rhizome with my hands: no knife.. and if it’s not a sharp regular cut, it’s irregular- will the baby snake plant grow?
Sure, they would! Good luck :-)
@@GardeningUpbeat thank you Sir, will see how it grows 😊
Perlite ka option kya le sakte hai
Either you can add Sand or very small pieces of Thermocol (many nurseries use them instead of Perlite)
Xanadu philodendron video please
Thank you..I would do in coming days..have the plant already, just waiting for more recordings so that I can show updates!
No yellow tinge
Hey my favourite voice owner how r u?
@Hasnat Sk, Ha ha...thank you So much :-) I am doing good and thank you once again for your concern. Hope you are fine too!!
Like it but hard to understand you
Really sorry...I would fix the Subtitles very soon. I know, now it's done automatically by RUclips!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Leaf cutting method is not so good, because the plant grows with this method looses its color.
I have tried all the 3 ways.
Found last one extremely slow
Agree with you!
