32 years and never bought my own jersey, all were gifts.
Good video for my first buy.

🐻⬇️ glad you enjoyed it! Honestly at $130 it’s not really worth the sticker price. You can easily find nicer jerseys on the secondary market for around that price. Fanatics does run sales pretty regularly though, so you could always wait it out and get it for less 👍

Just getting into NFL (from rugby) and this video is excellent. The different tiers are so confusing.

Thanks! Yeah as a new collector it can definitely be confusing. I felt the same when I first started collecting

Great video. I had an old larry fitzgerald game jersey from like 2015 and it either was an error or just didnt fit right. The torso fit good but the sleaves and shoulders fit like i could have had pads in there. I ended up selling it. I bought a super cheap Hollywood brown cards game jersey last year and it fit completely different and fit more like a normal jersey.

Thanks! Yeah the proportions of the replica/game jersey definitely fits weird. The sleeves are too long, would honestly look better if it didn’t below the elbows. Not sure why they can’t just give these the same cut as the limited jersey, those fit better

@@jerseyhead.u it's the whole reason I buy the limited jerseys now. They fit way better.

Awesome video, I don't like screen printed to begin with on anything, but no way do I want a screen-printed jersey, I'd rather spend the extra money on a jersey with numbers and name sewn on. I'm a Bears fan so at some point I'll be getting a Caleb Willams jersey. it's insane how much sport apparel has just gone up in price, a regular t shirt is $40-50, a hoodie is basically $100 and that's screen printed nothing sewn on. ridiculous. I try and wait for sales.

Thanks for watching! I totally agree, things have definitely gotten expensive. Luckily it’s pretty easy to find stuff at a discount. Sewn numbers are preferred over screen printing, but keep in mind the new Vapor Fuse limited jerseys will no longer have sewn numbers (I’ll talk about that in an upcoming video). The elite jerseys will still have the numbers stitched down, but for the Bears the sleeve stripes will still be screen printed, because that’s how the team issued/game worn jerseys are constructed. The Bears used to have knit/woven sleeve stripes way back in the way, but heat pressed graphics have been used for decades now.
