I had a lot of fun putting this video together. Though I hadn't used Max in ages, creating the 3D shots was like re-learning to ride a bicycle -- I fell over again and again. :)

Congratulations on this beautifully produced book! Do you know if this book, the European Carl Barks Disney paintings book, and Animal Quackers together reproduce pretty much all of Barks' paintings? Or are there any Barks paintings that aren't included in any of these 3 books?

Unfortunately, no. Many, maybe even most, but certainly not all. Barks painted and sold his work at shows in Southern California throughout the 1950s and early 1960s. My book only reproduces those completed between 1966 and 1971 (hence the title!) and is incomplete... so there are dozens and dozens of Barks paintings still out there, waiting to be discovered!
