How would you use some of this terminology during OT documentation? Are OTs able to document that "the patient has agnosia" or, "the patient is showing signs of agnosia"? Or IS experiencing hallucinations or MAY be experiencing hallucinations? I guess my question is: what ultimately goes into diagnosing patients with the terminology used in this video? And what are OTs able to document and NOT able to document?
(Also, I guess terms like delirium, dysthymia, etc. have specific diagnosis criteria so in that case diagnosing falls outside of our realm and we can document something like the patient may be exhibiting symptoms of these disorders or OTs can report their suspicions during team meetings)
I apologize for the long winded question! Btw I love your videos and I learn a lot from them

I was struggling with differentiating mood/affect since the hospital im doing clincials at has them in the same category, but your description of affect made it clear to me now!

Menal health is one of the biggest content areas I struggle with. Is there an easy way to memorize what medications are for which dx and what the side effects are?

Your splint matching game was disappointing. i checked my work by watching your video, pausing it to get the answer and matching splint by splint. Your grade didn't match up. I thought I would let you know, in case you wondered why ppl may not follow your vids as much as other NBCOT prep courses.

The FREE course is a work in progress as stated in the disclaimer. How did the grade not match up? The scores don't really mean anything, it's the answers that matter. Did you look at the answer summary for each splint? It should be the exact same as the video as it's copy and pasted for the quiz.
While I dont compare myself to other courses and content and I just create content to help people as another resource, it's good to know there's other great resources out there. You can use multiple resources if you'd like. I'm sorry you were disappointed by my content but I'm always trying to improve. The course will get better and better. I just launched it not too long ago and you are comparing mines to more established content or PAID commercially produced content, e.g. NBCOT, AOTA (which charge for theirs) and they have a whole team behind them. I'm just one dude. Anyways, good luck.

@@OTDUDE Hello- I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to make you feel bad. I was offering some feedback about the quiz. I had technical issues w/ it as well ( dragging it). I will keep my opinions to myself going forward. I appreciate your offerings as I have perused more of your course. It was the first quiz I took. Thanks for your course. Apologies if I offended you. Cheers

@@hulaharvest1 No worries. Im sorry you're having issues with the quiz. I tried to fix some of the scoring issues but I'll see if I can replicate the dragging issue. Appreciate the word of mouth and thumbs - that's really awesome!
