Hydrogen water clearly reduces the need for insulin in diabetic patients who use insulin. My mother's sugar is usually around 400-500 and I make 20 units of lantus daily for a long time. . But when she drink this water, her blood sugar usually drops to 200. and I don't do more than 5-10 units of insulin daily. Diabetics, insulin users and those with known hypoglycemia should use it with caution.
I really appreciate a scientific research approach to your video. There are many just repeating what they heard without any knowledge to back it up. It's going to be a while before there is a conclusive outcome on this, but it's nice to see people actually putting effort into it. Thanks again!

You should put more effort into your grammar and proper spelling.
You should look into your diet, fix all your vitamin and amino acids and get restful sleep, since it’s a cycle of repeat where the stress can’t make u sleep and the sleep makes your body weaker. Fibromyalgia is just a word for a circumstance, fix your diet, move and walk regularly and you should be better. Get natural supplements and this hydrogen water and you should be good. All the best

U can make cheap hydrogen water with magnesium sticks and malic acid in boiling water than freeze it for for several hours before u drinking. U got magnesium malate and hydrogen gas for the lower cost!

Excellent video. Maybe a great time to have Tyler LeBaron do an anti-aging interview with you on the latest benefits. Also the issue of whether to "pulse" dosages (not take it every day according to some experts) since these studies don't seem to indicate this is an issue. The issue of what is the best dosage also seems unclear at this point in time.
Hi thanks for sharing Dr Howard. It would be interesting to talk with Dr LeBaron. Dosage is tricky, it varies widely between the studies though I did not try to calculate the amount of hydrogen consumed by looking at the ppm and quantity of water drunk so am not sure by how much.

Based on my understanding, the most accurate recommendation on dosage is 1-3mg/day. The more the better. Regarding the intermittent usage, that seems to be unclear however, I would assume it might be slightly more beneficial to pulse.

Hi Thanks. This is on my list of things to check and I should include it. For the papers I used in this review one of them had a conflict, though I cannot remember the details. But most did not. I was on the look out for papers sponsored by makers of infusion devices or tablets and did not see any (in the actual papers I reviewed)

Your tab reaction is incorrect. The reaction is Mg + 2HA = MgA2 + H2 (i.e. you need an acid solution for the magnesium to displace hydrogen. Mg does not displace H in water except at steam temperatures. At room temperature, the solubility of hydrogen in water is ,8 ppm. They may be higher, pressurized or colder. This doesn't seem sound to me.
It is suspected to interact with the methylation process. Interested to see more on this

Too many unaddressed variables: dehydration status, subclinical mineral deficiency, too few participants, limited ages/physical fitness, too short a study period, finally- what specifically were the directions and expectations of the participants? If I owned a sports club and needed sponsorship for spring training costs, receiving an ‘honorarium’ ….etc. However, paying attention to water quality is excellent, 🙏

I just started drinking hydrogen water. The first day I noticed the change in my energy level.

I was really getting concerned. I saw one of those ads that lasts forever in the text was all there so it was good in that respect it was a video with text and I could read it anyway I ordered one of the filters they sold.
Magnesium reacts with water to make hydrogen.
I ordered a Turapur pitcher filter.
Two days later, my blood pressure dropped like a rock and it's been stable ever since no matter what I've done.
I would caution you that the Turapur Pitcher is about the poorest designed and most worthless piece of junk I've ever seen in my life but the filter itself works; you can put the filter in a Brita, Maeva, Maxtra EHM and various other PITCHERS. they're oval... But

1ppm is a 1part per milion. 1 molecule of H2 (2 atom mass units) dissolve in 1milion H2O molecules (18 atom mass units per one molecule). Weight proportion is 1 to 9mln. 1litre of water weights aproximately 1kg=1mln mg. So in 1kg of H20 there will be 1/9mg of H2, nearly 10 times less

Minor detail at the end it's HELIUM not hydrogen in deep sea diving.
When you use the magnesium tablet to create H2 you have to wonder if the good effects came from H2 or the magnesium.
Do not use those toxic tablets please. Electrolysis, creating water plasma and hydrogen enriched water is the way to go.

The paper was "The effects of 6-month hydrogen-rich water intake on molecular and phenotypic biomarkers of aging in older adults aged 70 years and over: A randomized controlled pilot trial". The telomere statement is in the abstract and the highlights section but the main paper is behind a paywall and I cannot see the details of the tests on the telomeres.

We do know magnesium have great benefits to health and exercise. So when they use magnesium tablets to produce hydrogen water, how do we know the positive effects are not from the magnesium? Color me skeptical...
Magnesium is the cause of H2 split from Oxygen. Now, the magnesium is better absorbed and not just passed thru your body in your urine.

There are many such devices sold on Amazon. Prefer those made in Japan or South Korea to the ones made in China. The quality of the membrane is better.
Ensure the water to surface areas are strictly controlled and have no contact with plastics or toxic metals leeching into the water. We suggest our Python H2 bionic water bottle.
There’s only one machine that does it right and that’s the Lourdes hydrofix. Everything else is cheap Chinese junk

In Russia they still have oxygen cocktails. The optimal water infusion is with 66% hydrogen and 33% oxygen. Both parts are necessary to start a Master Reaction and form electro plasmas.

Hi, I believe I heard that mixing it with anything other than water will displace the hydrogen gas which defeats the purpose . Additionally, the HRW tablets (made by the founder of the Hydrogen gas technology)dissolved in water will give you more about 8-12 ppm per serving. However if you would like to drink more of it through out the day the Echo systems water devices will give you between 0.08 -about 4ppm as I read on their site. I hope this is helpful.

Any DuPont membrane, especially the N117 one is preferable to avoid. They use a plastic piece with a thin foil of platinum over it, which creates leeching. Our bionic membrane is custom developed and can handle any liquid with about 90 degree Celsius without membrane scaling.
Simply clean after usage.

I used hydrogen water also for several weeks it broke and I got another one it seemed to help me but I can’t say how. cleaning it and the hassle of using the hydro water machine started to out way any benefits.
Hi Thanks for sharing. Our first one also stopped working after a while and I think there are concerns with build up of deposits on the electrodes. We will give it a try and see how it goes.

No hope necessary, it is scientifically proven in countless papers to have benefits on human health. 99% of your molecules are water molecules and hydrogen is what generates water, by greek definition. Two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom are combined a water molecule. Oxygen is sufficiently available in air, hydrogen is not.

Hey Ron, thanks for the question. Yes, water is hydrogen and oxygen, but they are combined into a single molecule. The infuser works by splitting them into O2 and H2. The chemical properties of H2 are different from those of H2O (water). Just as in water has oxygen in it but you cannot breathe it.

@@Thewrighty543well man also very often died of infections and famine and other stuff quite often and didn’t do that well in many areas. So we didn’t need the technology that stopped that but it did somewhat change how often that all happens.
