I sat in on a talk in a university once, and the phycologist said that everyone has a "type" and I pretty much froze when I heard it. I knew it was true. But I didn't know why. But, I realized much later that it went back to when I saw Olivia as Juliet when I was about 8 years old. Snow White might have set the tone for brunettes vs. blonds, but Olivia brought the paradigm to life and let me realize that yes, somewhere there was The Perfect Girl, she did exist in reality, on this planet. To me, for the rest of my life; straight, dark haired woman with those expressive eyes has always been IT for me. Many woman are attractive, and for many reasons, but for me, my "type" was set back in 1968 or so. Alas, they broke the mold and there was none other. I wish someone had told me way back than that I shouldn't spend my life searching for her, but I wouldn't have listened anyway, I was always too much of a romantic!
