this video is going to cause a lot of discussion so heres just some quick answers (also congrats to the people who gained rank :D):
Q: what happened why is the world burning down what'd i miss
A: there was a pp rework like yesterday as of post that nerfed/buffed different players, if you want way more specific details the forum page is here:

Q: is this you ur bad
A: yes this is my profile, im a speed/difficulty player that spends time just going for higher and higher bpm/difficulty. i play the game for fun and rank doesnt mean much to me. im not butthurt, i thought id share this video to give people a few laughs and make their day better
Q: why dont you just buy windows
A: i dont really see too many benefits in buying them. it removes a watermark and makes your desktop the smallest bit more customizable from what i know
Q: why did my rank go up even though i lost pp?
A: the rework caused inactive players to just be completely be stripped of rank such as players like cookiezi, or newer players that havent played for a while. your rank went up because you got bumped up from all the people getting nerfed more than you did or the inactive players being removed
Q: why didnt my rank move at all?
A: you need to pass a ranked map in order to update yourself, if it doesnt change after that i dont know lol

Stop complaining about his plays. Everyone has their unique playstyle. He likes high diff DT? Let him do it. 16 days and 417pp is still a great accomplishment, even tough it's a C-rank, it's still hard to hit shit. Especially with 16 days of playtime

@@enjoipls. Yeah, it's alright :) Someone had to say it. Don't let the negative comments get you down. The guy who said you were 6-digit topped everything. Players shall continue practicing their skills they're good at. Xeltol is a good example. He kept practicing speed/stream maps forever. See where he now is. Keep playing the way you want and keep practicing your speed. You have great potential.
Lol didnt even check his profile, guy has higher scores than me, and I have 1,2k hours in this game XDDD. Also nice that there are some people who dont hate others for what they play

1 year complete i gained 50k, this update i lost 55k ranks, STONKS
I’m still around higher 6 digits at 590k but when I submitted a play I went back to 650k :’( not hard to get back at these ranks but kinda hurt a little ya know

This comment section reminds me of the one time I posted an osu video of my journey to 100k to reddit and the entire thread just consisted of them bashing me thinking that I was making it to show them how good I was at the game or something (it got so toxic that some random guy felt so bad for me that he gifted me supporter). It really made me realize that there are many people in the osu community who are either excessively toxic due to either jealousy or narcissism. Anything you do that even slightly alludes to "showing off" or thinking you're way better than you actually are will be taken as a threat against their own account and will do anything in their power to make you feel like shit. I don't usually write out super long comments like this but reading some of these comments gave me ptsd and hit way too close to home.
damn i feel for you man, ive never really been in a toxic community all too much and im aware some of the osu community can be excessively aggresive. there's definitely some bad apples in here but id like to take all of them with a grain of salt. the like to dislike ratio is great and taking into account all the people that are "hating" its nothing, again if they're having a good laugh im fine with it and happy that they're having a good time although some do need to chill a bit xd
The reddit edgelords will feel that they are not the next cookiezi when they realize their improvement is slow. That is why they are toxic

yeah lol it was well deserved, mainly play game for fun which i found a lot of enjoyment in speed so its fine by me
