- You may hear some talk about it in passing and think it's just a rumor but this is 100% true. Saturos is officially the only player that has ever reached rank #0 in the history of osu!. What exactly does it even mean to hit "#0"? Find out in this short, and hopefully informative, video that tells you about the highest rank ever achieved in osu!.

The #0 Rank would be a cool secret rank, if the #1 player reaches more than 20 thousand total pp than the #2 ranked player

Maybe that's Mandela effect, but I strongly believe I remember few of score-based leaderboards from years ago where next two players were splitted by exacly 1 point, even when they had billions of score.
I'm almost sure I saw one snapshot of this between #1 and #2 where 2nd player had "round" number with many zeroes (for example let's say 5 billions) and #1 had exacly 1 point more.
Maybe that was a protection against this bug? That in fact for high places in ranking when players got exact numbers of points Bancho'd gave one of them 1 more?

u dont know if its possible to reach the rank 0, look both of those explanations in coding error, each player being recognized as +1 rank, or a tie in score so 1 gets #1 and other gets #0 are totally possible. if u think code is EVER perfect this is a naive view of the technology world.
if u figured out how to program without bugs let me know. this will likely win u a nobel prize.
