  • Thank you for watching
This video is a demonstration of one of the many capabilities of an fiber laser marking/engraving machine. The material being engraved is an aluminium anodised business card. For those interested below i will include more details of the process.
The machine OMG-X 60W MOPA Fiber Laser (www.omglaser.com/)
Software used for the engraving is called Lightburn
I look forward to posting more projects, tutorials and information to assist others in the wonderful hobby which could also be a business of laser engraving.
I hope this helps those trying to do these cards and will get better at editing and find a better voice for the voiceovers i promise :)

Awesome!!! Keep this up, I imagine it won’t be too much longer before you have companies reaching out - wanting you to rep their products (other laser companies).

That is really cool, what are you using for power/speed/lines settings? Google says.... To convert an image to grayscale in Photoshop, open the image and go to Image > Mode > Grayscale.

everything is in the video, this will make a greyscale image but with engravings the images come out better with tweaking to the highlights and shadows for the dithering
