1 my suggestion as an Indonesian who likes spicy food, do not drink ice, because the cold will bind the spicy taste on the lips. The right thing is to drink warm water slowly.
As an Indonesian, I eat spicy food almost every day, levels 1 to 10 are only for babies and children, but levels 11 to 100 are really spicy and we can handle them well, Uncle D. Even though sometimes my stomach hurts, that's not the case problem and there are many stomach ache medicines that can overcome the pain quickly and return to normal again. 😂😂😂😂😂
I order BonCabe level 50 from online shops all the time, I don't think that's spicy, it's got good flavor and a nice heat though :D And yeah I'm one of those weird bule who will go eat nasi goreng at the streetfood places and will ask for sangat extra pedas - most of the time, I get it too because of course the guy or gal who's cooking is like "bwahahah I'll show him, no mercy!" and it's great :D
As an indonesian who loves spicy food, i personally think this chicken is not the spicest chicken in indonesian, i've try this one, its not even half the spicy chicken you buy in street food, so yeah
The spicy is just different, the street food spicy is just at the beginning, thats why how spicy it is, you still can enjoy it, but these richeese spicy chicken, mostly didn't like the spicy because it sticks to your mouth and tongue, because its more like processed thick spicy sauce so the spicy kind of long lasting, and the spicy still going to your stomach, unlike spicy from chilli that kick in an instant
@@S-lTAMA Yeah, I tried the One Chip Challenge once, and it’s way spicier than level 5 Richeese. But Richeese has that ‘good spicy’ you still get all the flavor. In the West, most spicy food is just spicy and salty with no real flavor. Bro, I miss Indonesian food so much. Even Indonesian restaurants in NYC hit differently T.T
As an Indonesian I just want to tell you that you are not supposed to drink iced or cool drinks after eating spicy food....it's just makes the heat even worse, try warm jasmine tea, it's way better, or just drink warm water, it cures the heat, and clean the chillies on tongue
try it first.. in Indonesia the level of spicy food is different.. try the maximum level, and you will never want to drink hot water. if you do you will pass out 😂
Indonesia : cabai/cabe + merica + lada = rasa pedas meledak .. 😂 (sepi ..,karena buat orang lokal harga terlalu mahal. Banyak bisa dapat di penjual lain jauh lebih murah ). Itu ayam pedas ,tapi bukan yang sangat pedas .
Uh... Thankfully, he didn't try "Mie Abang Adek", translated to Mr. Adek noodles. They literally don't mind serving you noodles with 2lb sambal made out of chillies and seasoning... Even though I can handle spicy food well, that surpassed my tolerance limit. I'm native Indonesian btw but my spice tolerance only lasts until 0.5lb sambal made out of chillies and seasoning. Spiciest sambal would be "sambal bawang", garlic sambal with shallots mix in it as well as a hint of shrimp paste.
I laughed out loud when you said "put on some gasoline" 😂 they choose the wrong drink, they should order hot/ warm tea with no sugar to neutralize the spicy taste.. and they should dip the chicken into the cheese, that's how you enjoy Richeese
Oh hai uncle..you look so happy see this man eat spicy chicken and getting burn 🔥 😂😂 He's so over confidence at the beginning. You know, i'm as an Indonesian, i can't handle those level 5 fire chicken at Richeese factory. How dare you guys try that?? 😂😂😂
I'm an Indonesian, and actually Richeese factory is a good one, usually busy ..as not everyone can handle the level 5, even the original or at least 1 or 2 level, are people can enjoy for sure. And the cheese sauce, delicious! 😃❤
Indonesian Spicy Percentage 80% Like spicy 10% Between liking and not liking spicy 5% Can't eat spicy (Due to doctor's prohibition or phobia) 5% Don't like spicy
If you eat very spicy food, drinking cold water doesnt help at all.. In fact, it makes the spiciness linger on your tongue longer.. Drinking warm water will quickly get rid of the burning sensastion, even though you'll have to endure a strong burning feeling for a moment..
Yeah richeese is one of the spiciest food in here ( 2nd list for me ). Seblak mercon lvl 5 is the most spiciest for me (becareful), and, the 3rd is indomie abang adek with 100 chillys.
Be careful with your stomach for those who are not used to spicy food. When your mouth feels burning, don't drink cold drinks but drink warm water..then the spiciness will soon disappear👍🇮🇩🌶️❤️
People usually underestimate our spiciness level of food. But then they will regret it soon after they had done eat all and Toilet will be your best friend, Sir

This guys in that video I think he initially seemed to underestimate the level of spiciness of this Indonesian fast food 🤭 because he was maintaining his image in front of his girlfriend. It should be noted that the spiciness of Indonesian food is not at the beginning when we chew the food but the spiciness grows gradually in the 2-10 minutes later after the first bite, really hot. I hope to any foreigners can also maintain their stomach condition, because it is not uncommon for what is said to be food poisoning to be caused by the high level of spiciness that cannot be tolerated by their stomachs.
In my village in Indonesia, kids start to eat chili when they are 5 yo. I can eat one veggie fritters with 7 raw chilies to go with it. we pick chilies straight from the plants and eat them.

I tried the One Chip Challenge and also tackled level 5 spice at Richeese Factory twice. In my opinion, the spiciness at Richeese is the good kind... still enjoyable, even though it burns your mouth and stomach a bit (in a good way). On the other One Chip Challenge just hurts and tastes slightly bitter to me but one chip challange is far spiciest
I had similar looking chicken drumsticks in Seoul / South Korea, very hot and spicy.... the next day I went to discover the Hwaseo fortress in Suwon...On my way up through a forrest I suddenly got the worst abdominal cramps of my life...Thank god there was a tourist information office nearby with a clean bathroom....I thought I was going to die...the chili was just too strong for my western european guts🥵😵💫😫💥💥💥🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 I'm laughing my head off because of the remark that he can go to India to look for a beach... I have also seen this reaction video😈😂😂😂😂
so it works like this : anything max level of spicy in there is always equal as level 10 (not all but mostly).. so if u hear max 5 then level 3 right there probably level 5 or 6 in other place.. there r some places having only level 3 so be careful im just saying.
The enjoyment of sipces is satisfaction. After u handle the spices, u feels like u got some achivement unlock. That make u feel satisfy. Ok thankyou uncle D for support. Hey subscribe guys. enjoy watching❤
The reason we ate it with rice is to tame the spiciness in the mouth and in your stomach .. BTW the best way to deal the spiciness is drink a warm sweet tea ha ha ha not the cold milk
I mean, as Indonesian myself who didn't really like spicy, i think the level 3 is not that crazy spicy, my comfort level is on level 2, but i guess that also because I'm Indonesian😅
Menurutku fire chicken level 5 (richeese) tidak begitu pedas karena sekali seminggu saya makan di sana bersama anak-anakku. Menurut saya pribadi masih lebih pedas mie abang adek lvl 100. 🤔
My 3yo eats lvl 2. If McDonald's chilli sauce is spicy enough for you, D, then lvl 5 wud feel like you eat all of jalapeno rite off the trees in jalapenos farm.
Richeese seems like only has 1-5 level of spiciness. if other places got up to 10 or 15 .. it because they have their own standard. level 5 in Richeese can be as spicy as level 10 or 15 in another place. not like would be twice or 3 times spicier that level 5 in Richeese.
Fyi, it supposed be dipped with the cheese sauce. With it, the taste will be so good and very decrease the spiciness level. Without the cheese, then you're on the hot challenge.
To get rid of the spicy taste you should drink warm water, warm water will quickly clean the spicy taste from your mouth. Cold water will actually make the spicy taste stay in your mouth longer
Yup they made video when covid 19 hit indonesia. so many people from out of countries trap at that island. The island was closed. No ones in no ones out. Goverment policy. They survive (bule) with make vlog and do everything at that island. For almost 1 year.
There are lots of high level spicy undonesian Richeese eating challenge videos, and there are challenges for Japanese people on the Nihongo Mantapu channel.
My Thailand friend once told me that our Indonesian spicy foods were not as spicy as theirs,, perhaps true or perhaps my friend didn't try the spicy street foods yet. The reason why the place is quiet is because street food has a different taste and level of spiciness. And the price is cheaper
I think because of Covid, the video was taken on 2022... You can see everybody wearing the mask.
