That's still happening. Almost every Battlefield game after BC2 was released like shit and was fixed. In the case of BF4, V, and this game, they're doing the bare minimum and adding little new. It's just a game of catchup and seeing what sticks. We still need new large-scale modes that bring the game to its full potential. It always boils down to TDM or Conquest at the end of each game's life cycle because DICE cannot make maps that play well in modes like Rush. Considering current events, DICE doesn't even take criticism all that seriously.
