Disconnect Negative 1st and reconnect Negative Last. Reason being if you get the wrench against something grounded while it is on the battery terminal it will not short.
Also, my Foxbody Mustang was a hodgepodge of standard and metric right from the factory! Ford went metric on the whole chassis (dating back to 1977) and I think the transmission is metric as well. However, the engine, being an evolution of a 1962 design is all standard.
I got quagmired in engine maintenance and smogging of an old Buick (that scope creeped into improved aesthetics) and finally back on re-wiring an old with a new engine Firebird... But looking loongly at the 450H sitting on a pallet, and my Zombie and inverters sitting on a shelf.... patiently waiting their turn.
Greg!, You're doing it.........right......
Love your methodical, lazer focus!
Man that truck looks awesome
thank you Ed, but you're a terrible liar 😉
@Good-Enuff-Garage seriously I love it. There is some beauty in this rugged look 😉
Negative terminal is always first to disconnect and last to re-connect because the tool can't be used to complete a circuit to ground.

sounds like Standard Operating Procedure to me 🤷🏼♂️ soldier on !
Greg, do you plan another dyno test with both MG1 & MG2 at some later point? Also do you plan to enable the 2 speed trans?
yes I do, plus MG1 all by itself
