@@PeakPerformanceSportshello I do swimming and I’m 14 and for the past 10 years I have been doing swimming I have never suffered from anxiety but this year not only do I have an immense amount of anxiety every competition but every time when I race I’m so nervous that my thighs start to burn which doesn’t allow me to kick and really affects my performance. Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this problem.

@@davidkato435 - Stop focusing on the outcome and instead focus on the process - one heat at a time, one length at a time. Anxiety from from worry about results and what others might think of your results.
