Billy appeared in my dream last night (for real, I been watching intro series on repeat so....) in the dream he was giving away a box of his o.g. original college Korean textbooks with all his notations in the margins to whomever wanted them and I was like Meee! Lol. When I woke I was sad, because that woulda been a jackpot. And I'm posting this comment in the off chance it inspires a random teaching idea. You never know.

You can also play this game in my Discord server (there's a link on my channel page). We have a bot in there which helps the game along so it's easy to play~!

Alright, this was one of your best videos. Is there a case of starting a video series where you explain Korean games? They're so amazingly good, but I can never really understand the rules xD
I would really like it if you could make more of those videos, they're actually so so helpful!!! Well done once again Billy

I grew up playing this word chain game especially in long boring car trips and it really was a competition on who had the best vocabulary and word memory of what had been said already and such. So much fun! It's so true that some words were attack/challenge words for us as well and kids worked so hard at learning a good defense to those words. It was a blast ^^
I think I will try to play this with myself and write it down in my notebook just to practice chaining.

This game in Argentina is usually called Mago-Goma and played by almost everyone when walking with someone and without having any topic of conversation, pretty useful to remember to avoid awkward moments, if you ask me!

Usually if you're playing with new beginners (as well as on television), a lot of stuff will be accepted since otherwise the game couldn't continue for long.

I would consider allowing a one loop repeat forgiveness rule. Consider jazz guitar riffing. It's supposed to be spontaneous. But you can do a riff run though like once or twice to get in the zone before you let loose. Maybe a player needs to sound out the syllables a few times and it's just part of the music. Lol.
